Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 11 Preview. We welcome back an old friend after a long day of sleuthing. We have a game of the week that may determine a division winner after injuries likely take out the third wheel. We have other matchups and we have an all-new power rankings. Let’s dive in.
Game of the Week

v.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons v. PeePaw
In our playoff settings the division winner gets a bye. JD3 and PeePaw are in the same division (Teach and CrossFit in the other division). Touchdown Guy just suffered the loss of Cooper Kupp for at least 4 weeks, his chances at the division are not great. He’ll still face PeePaw and JD3 during the remaining 4 games of the regular season, but this week’s PCDL GOTW I think settles the division. PeePaw has a 1 game lead and JD3 has a slight 16 points for lead. The way the schedules are set up the winner likely takes the division. PeePaw can afford a loss and still take the division, but for JD3 a loss here will likely thrust him into the wildcard. JD3 NEEDS Chase back to be in this one. Things are not looking great as Chase is still in crutches. The odds could swing in JD3’s favor if Mahomes magic pays off and Herbert is hindered by a lack of WR talent around him. They go head to head Sunday night so this matchup will be front and center for the PCDL chat. RBs favor PeePaw with Dalvin Cook v. Miles Sanders for JD3. The JD3 Singletary and PeePaw Foreman matchup is a little more even, but those guys are so TD dependent whoever scores will likely take the cake. WRs equal success in this league and these two teams are up to their eyeballs in WR talent. Diggs v. Jefferson, McLaurin v. Lamb, Pittman v. Aiyuk, Peoples-Jones v. Davante Adams? That is kind of the mismatch. JD3 needs Chase in the worst way to offset Adams. PeePaw is also rolling out a couple extra RBs, Mondy is all alone now and Gus Edwards is back? We will see. JD3 needs a big week from Mooney too. The TE room heavily favors PeePaw as he has Dalton Schultz and JD3 has Gerald Everett with a groin injury. Right now PeePaw is a 4 point favorite. JD3 is only a 4 point dog because Chase may play on the app, things will swing closer to 11 points if Chase is a no go. This matchup should put up big numbers, it will be fun to see who can pull it out.

v.

Mush’s Mongrels v. Touchdown Guy
Mush does not have a QB playing this week on his roster, he is without Kenny Walker and Christian Kirk. All he has is Deebo and Diontae. This guy has really fallen off the map. TDG just lost Cooper Kupp and has the perfect rebound game. Josh Allen is still tall. D-Train is going on Thursday, Josh Jacobs still good, B-Rob got a lot of touches, oh and George Kittle. Top to bottom TDG’s team is still better than Mush. TDG will likely be a 35 point favorite come kickoff, it won’t matter the number TDG gets a huge win to keep him in the playoff push.

v.

Bruce v. CrossFit
Remember how I said Mush really fell off, well so has Bruce. Bruce has Joey B, a beat up Zeke, beat up Najee, beat up JT, D.J. Moore who is allegedly good but doesn’t have a QB, Michael Bandy?, Tyler Boyd, and the inconsistent Mack Hollins. It is going to be an ugly week. CrossFit has recent week QB1 Justin Fields, season long RB1 Ekeler, (probably) week 8 RB1 CMC, (in your head) RB1 Saquon Barkley, and TE1 Travis Kelce. Something to keep an eye on is how bad Amari Cooper is on the road. Amari Cooper is on the road this week. CrossFit also has Amon-Ra St. Brown to add to his depth. Crossfit is a 31 point favorite, and I think CrossFit puts the nail in the coffin on Bruce’s playoff hopes.

v.

Teach v. Pistol
Teach is likely a 10 point favorite once the chalk dust settles on this matchup. Teach is without his triple stack as the Phins are on bye. That means Aaron Rodgers gets the nod and is fresh off a 3 TD week. Teach has Mixon, Pollard and Stevenson in the backfield. Teach has Green, Shenault, Higgins, Osborn, and Pierce as his WRs. I strategically went with no first names because I want you to really have to think about who those guys are and why Teach does not have better WRs. I know, the Phins are on bye, but still. Pistol has Kyler and that will always keep him in a game. His team is strictly hopeful youth. Michael Carter, Garrett Wilson, A.J. Brown, Sutton, Kadarius Toney, and Kyle Pitts. Pistol also has Aaron Rodgers secret weapon Allen Lazard. If Rodgers goes off, it means that Lazard problem had a helping hand. I think Teach still gets it done, even though we don’t play a defense he somehow has one.

v.

Batman v. Bottom Bunk
If I am being completely transparent here, Batman should lose this game to help his chances at the #1 or #2 pick. To be honest, B.B. likely gets the #1 pick because it is so difficult for him to score 70 points. Batman has Lamar, Swift, Mitchell, Dillon, Jakobi Meyers, DeVonta Smith, Olave, and MVS. B.B. has Jamaal Williams and Drake London. Batman is a 17 point favorite and likely a few point favorite even if he tries to lose. Batman wins one for the good guys.

v.

Trashman v. Daddy Wombat
Trashman will likely roll with Daniel Jones in this matchup. Trashman is in a tough spot. He needs to win at least 1 game with some help to make it. He increases his odds if he gets to two wins. Looking at his schedule, this is a must win. Cordarrelle, Aaron Jones, Nick Chubb, and maybe Pacheco. Then we have Curty Sam, Christian Watson, Terrace Marshall, and probably A-Rob. D.W. is without Metcalf this week and that makes this one interesting (assuming both teams set their lineups). Jalen Hurts is good, Kamara is due, Pierce, Claypool is bad, Gabe Davis is streaky, D-Hop and Rondale Moore are good. Jerry Jeudy had an ankle injury so we will see if he gives it a go in the 3 o’clock spot. D.W. is about a 10-15 point favorite. I think D.W. has the edge at QB and slight edge at WR to push them over the top this week. D.W. gets it done.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 11 Prescription
Yes, Dr. Tilt is back. Yesterday, we had a case of stolen/mistaken identity. Someone said they were Dr. Tilt sent some inexplicit messages and hung it up. After a day of switching passwords and changing channels of communication we are back. There should be more on this next week, but as of right now Dr. Tilt has no further comment at this time.
Detroit Lions (+3) @ Giants
Cowboys (-1.5) @ Vikings
Buffalo @ Cleveland (o41)
Last week: 0-3
Season Record: 14-17
And now for an all-new power rankings.

Pistol falls of the wagon losing to B.B. and only putting up 70-some points. Trashman got the big win and gets the big bump. Not a lot of movement anywhere else.
Next week we should have a playoff picture to add to the mix. Hopefully you and yours are gearing up for a playoff run and a better tomorrow. Good luck to you all and be sure to update your passwords.
Let’s Go!
