Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 12 Recap. We are all settled in and up 10 pounds from the holidays. We dive into the Matchups, Dr. Tilt and even look at what is left for playoff spots. Let’s get it baby.
Game of the Week
v.
Trashman v. JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons
The Packers kept Trashman’s playoff spot alive, but it was all for not. Trashman started the wrong QB in Danny Dimes instead of T-Law, costing him 17 points. Chubb put up 20, Pacheco put up 15, and that was it for his early starters. The Packers came up big Sunday night but it did not get it done. Aaron Jones had 17 and Christian Watson had 19. JD3 needed this one to keep his #2 seed alive. He needed 13 points from Pittman on Monday night. Etienne got hurt and ended with 0.3, Mooney is done for the year. The D-Hop trade was worth it with 17, Diggs 18, Keenan with 13, and Miles Sanders had 30. Did Pittman get his 13? Well he had 16 and JD3 keeps the bye for now. JD3 wins 148.8 to 124.66.
v.
Mush’s Mongrels v. PeePaw
Mush needed 12 to break 100. For a team that is the “Toilet Bowl Champs” he is struggling a lot to get 100 points. Kenny Walker had 16, must trade for target Deebo had 6, and Geno had 29. Paris Campbell and Diontae Johnson combined for 10. PeePaw housed this one. Herb had 41, Jeff Willy had 12, Davante had 11, Lamb 15, Justin Jefferson had 25, Monty with 13, Schultz with 17, and Foreman with 11. PeePaw’s WRs are gearing up for the playoff run. PeePaw wins 161.15 to 97.8.

Bruce v. Pistol
Bruce is eyeing up that 6 spot. Zeke had 16, D.J. Moore had 18, Godwin had 23, Mack Hollins with 14, and JT and Najee combined for 28 on Monday night to get it done. Pistol got stuck in no man’s land. Starting hot and fading late. Rachaad White had 15, Sutton and A.J. Brown had 11 a piece, and G-Will put up 24 with no z-will (lowercase cus he stinks). Bruce sneaks by winning 139.5 to 119.65.

Daddy Wombat v. Touchdown Guy
I lied. This one was not close. Hurts had 37, D.K. had 15, Zaccheaus had 12, and that was it. TDG won the QB matchup with the Tall Josh Allen having 39, D-Train put up 13, Thielen had 17, Conner with 20, and Josh Jacobs won the week and #2 spot for TDG with 45 points. TDG wins 170.19 to 100.35.

Bottom Bunk v. CrossFit
B.B. saw 11 from Jamaal Williams. CrossFit saw 13 from Barkley, 19 from DeAndre Carter, 13 from Cooper, 14 from Lockett, 20 from Ekeler, 14 from Kelce, and a huge 23 from Amon-Ra St. Brown. CrossFit needs some help to get the #1 seed. CrossFit 170 to 68.8.
v.
Batman v. Teach
Batman hit 100 pints despite only having 3 guys with double digits. Lamar had 29, Njoku put up 11, and the kicker had 11. Teach did not have a huge week from his trio, Tua, Hill, and Waddle combined for 46. The big weeks came from Trylon Burks with 15, Tee Higgins with 21, and T.J. Hockenson having 13. Latavius Murray got in the mix for 10. Teach wins and just needs 1 more to get the #1 seed, 142.95 to 102.

Playoff Projections.
With the Week 12 matchups in the books we have:
- Teach at 11-1 with a 2 game lead over CrossFit in his division, needs 1 win to clinch the bye.
- JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons 8-4 and the points leader over TDG and PeePaw. JD3 has TDG next week and PeePaw the following week. It is his lead to lose.
- CrossFit 9-3 with a game lead over Touchdown Guy, JD3, PeePaw, and the points advantage. CrossFit likely gets the #3 seed
- TDG 8-4 and has a slight points lead over PeePaw. TDG, JD3 and PeePaw are all within 21 points of each other.
- PeePaw 8-4 see TDG and JD3 above, PeePaw in the mix and likely moves up 1 spot next week as he has a fringe playoff team matchup.
- Trashman 5-7, tied record with Pistol and a game lead on Bruce. Trashman has PeePaw next week and that will likely put Trashman in a win to get in situation for Week 14.
In the mix. Everyone technically. Realistically it is Trashman, Pistol, and Bruce fighting for the 6 seed. Bruce has Bottom Bunk and Batman to close out the season. Bruce also has the points advantage over Trashman. Pistol has to win more than Trashman and Bruce because he’s down about 200 points. It will heat up. It will be interesting. No one is technically eliminated from the playoffs. But the 1-5 projected seeds are all locked in to the playoffs, it is just a matter of where. Mush and Bottom Bunk are only a game back but they can’t score points. Daddy Wombat, and Batman are 2 games out and would need a miracle to get in.
