Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 3 Recap. If the season ended today, people would be shocked. Luckily for a select few teams, that is not the case. On the other hand, certain teams will have to hang onto their early lead. Some teams are heating up at the right time, including Professor Pickum. Let’s take a look at the games and Professor Pickum.
Game of the week.
v.
Touchdown Guy v. Batman
TDG is banged up. It is almost not fair to count this game. Batman is coming off of an easy Week 2 win, so his team is fully healthy. TDG is seeing Josh Allen grow before his eyes. The guy is so tall. Josh Allen had 44 points. D-Train also returned to form, putting up a monster 30 points. Chris Godwin added 14 points. Then things got ugly. No one else for TDG hit the double digits. Batman had a nice week. Lamar had 31, Kyren matched, Olave had 18, James Cook added 17, and Q-Johnston had 11. DeVonta Smith knocked it out with 11 points and the Red Rocket fed Diontae Johnson a load of targets for 22 points. Batman beats a wounded TDG 159.68 to 120.35.
v.
CrossFit v. PeePaw
This was a juicy matchup. Both teams really needed a statement win. Only one would get it. CrossFit saw Dak put up 40, Barkley add 32, Amari Cooper had 24, St. Brown totaled 17, and Ekeler added 15. The bad news is that sensation Rasheed Shaheed put up a goose egg. PeePaw revved up the engine with Derek Carr but shortly snubbed out with only 13 points. Charbonnet had 24, Rice added 23, Monty had 20, Jefferson with 17, and Kamara added 14. The disparity between CrossFit’s top guys and PeePaw’s top guys was too much. CrossFit pulled out a huge win 151.73 to 133.2.

Bottom Bunk v. Mush’s Mongrels
B.B. saw 22 from Goedert, 20 from Odunze, 16 from Hall, 16 from London, and 12 from Bijan. Mush saw 31 from Rodgers and 15 from Maserati Marv. Mush had two players not record a stat resulting in a dash rather than a zero. Mush is in a dash for the first pick. B.B. wins 112.57 to 80.45.
v.
Teach v. Bruce
Teach was without Tua and Mixon, and without a QB, Teach is really out of the mix. Aaron Jones had 23, Shakir had 16, Christian Kirk had 12, and B-Rob put up 10. Bruce had a surprisingly big week. Joe Brrr had 38, but was outshined by none other than Juann Jennings, known NFL starter, who put up 41 points. JT had 26, Nabers had 24, and Najee and D.J. Moore both had 11. The big week for Bruce was enough to get the win as lead dog. The main question will be if it gets him off the bottom of the power rankings. Bruce wins 164.7 to 100.85.
v.
Pistol v. Trashman
Pistol needed a bounce back week after the gross trade to acquire Zack Moss, Chris Brown and Jordan Mason. Pistol saw an immediate return seeing 18 from Moss and 10 from Mason. Gibbs drove in 16, Sutton had 10, G-Wil added a dozen and so did Kincaid, and last but not least Jayden Reed put up 10. Trashman is in the dumps. One player reached double digits in T-Law who had 15. Trashman may have put up a new league record in the lowest score in the PCDL history. Pistol wins 124.75 to 53.6.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons v. Daddy Wombat
JD3 is all over the map. Mahomes is still very average this year. Luckily sometimes the WRs have a big week. Chase had 27, Diggs had 15, and Mooney and Nico added 11 a piece. Sing sang to the tune of 17 points and Etienne added a cool 11 points. D.W. barely beat Trashman, seeing two players with double digits. Jalen Hurts had 17 and D.K. added 18. The rest of the team was bad. JD3 wins 131.7 to 67.45
Professor Pickum is 3-3 overall and put up some unusual picks, let’s see how they turned out.
