Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 14 Recap. The fantasy regular season is over. We had 5 teams competing for 2 spots. See who is in and who is out. We check in with Dr. Tilt and give a brief playoff predictions. Let’s dive into the game of the week.
Game of the Week
Trashman v. Pistol
v.
Trashman needed a win to stay alive, he got it. Start of the week Rashaad Penny put up 26 points. Aaron Jones had few touches but ended with 20. Patterson, Landry, Raymond all got into the double digits. Mark Andrews had a big day despite losing his franchise QB early, MJ for Andrews. Trashman won, giving himself a bye in the consolation. Pistol’s fate was on the line here. He loses and he stays behind PeePaw for the 3rd pick. Pistol got it done. Allen Lazard had 18 and Brevin Jordan had 10. Trashman wins 135.85 to 91.89.
Bottom Bunk v. Mush’s Mongrels
v.
Bottom Bunk controlled his fate here. Needing a loss and to score not more than 12 points than D.W. to keep 1.01. B.B. got it done. B.B. saw 0 points from Sammy Watkins, 0 points from his last minute pickup Austin Walter, 2 points from Alex Collins, and 2.7 points from Alexander Mattison. Mush saw big weeks from a few guys, Knox with 15, Palmer with 15, Deebo with 12, OBJ with 16, Clyde with 17, and Javonte had 20. Mush wins 157.35 to 98.4. B.B. finishes in dead last.
Teach v. PeePaw
v.
Teach needed to win PLUS a loss. Teach had a solid week. Tee Higgins had 14, Van Jefferson matched, A.J. Green too, D.J. Moore added 11, and Marvin Jones had 10. PeePaw turned into a buzz saw again to close out the season. Even pulling a 13 point starter last minute did not change the outcome. Dalvin and Justin Jefferson combined for 51 points on Thursday night. Davante would cap it off Sunday night with 29. In between, Monty and CeeDee had 11 a piece, and Brandon Aiyuk had a sweet 16. It was not sweet for Teach as PeePaw wins 180.55 to 144.07. The only good news for Teach is he is guaranteed an extra pick as he will have a bye in the consolation bracket. We may see this same matchup in three weeks.
Touchdown Guy v. Daddy Wombat
v.
TDG would love to have this in two weeks. Melly put up MJ and was not lead dog for skill guys. George Kittle tasted the rainbow and added 27 points and was still not lead dog. Saquon had 17, Mike Evans had 18, St. Brown had 11, and James Conner, a man who has been traded two times in this league, had 29 points. D.W. scored 100 points and was doubled up. Kamara had 22 and Claypool had 13 points but did not cost D.W. the game like he did to his own team on Thursday. TDG wins 205.9 to 101.6. D.W. saw 0.4 points from James Robinson, the pick traded for James Rob is the 1.02 and belongs to Pistol.
CrossFit v. Batman
v.
We did not see history this week. CrossFit will lose in the playoffs due to his inability to predict the correct quarter back. Dak was bad, Brady was good, Dak started. Amari Cooper Kupp combined for 37, Lockett found it again for 24, and Ekeler added 15 points. CrossFit secured the 3 seed. Batman had the worst week performance of any team ever in the history of the PCDL. Lamar went down early and ended with 1.75 points, Ronald Jones had 0.8 points, Zay Jones had 3, MVS had 3.5, Foster Moreau had 2.8, and Olamide Zaccheaus registered no points. Batman’s lead scorer and only person to reach double digits was Matt Gay. CrossFit wins 143.55 to 54.75. Batman will face CrossFit again this week.
JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons v. Bruce
v.
JonnyDIII saw Thursday night and put his feet up. JD3 is in. Hunt was hurt and is a move that may haunt JD3’s season. The one big move did not work at all due to injury. Ja’Marr Chase had 22 points. Bruce ran it back. Late game heroics for Osborn pushed his team in the right direction. Najee had 24, Fournette had 21, Renfrow had 22, and Godwin and Osborn each had 15. Bruce wins 176 to 113.5. Bruce secured his first round bye. Bruce finished last season as the worst team, he now has a first round by in the playoffs. Truly a remarkable turnaround.
Now let’s dive into Dr. Tilt.

First Round Matchups PeePaw v. Bottom Bunk and Pistol v. Daddy Wombat
If I had to pick two teams to win it all, it’s TDG and P.P.
That does it for this week. I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow. Tomorrow for us, we are diving into the playoff matchups. This is it, this is what everyone wants, what everyone lives for. The playoffs, the offs, the big daddy dance, the soup, this is our Everest.
Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 14 Preview. This is the final regular season week. Everything comes down to this. We have two spots left and they are ripe for the picking. I would hate to go from playing the worst place team, losing, and then playing the #2 team in a win to get in scenario. Thank goodness that is not me. We will look at the final group of matchups, Dr. Tilt, talk about how Bottom Bunk is 10th in power rankings, and then sort out the playoff picture. Let’s dive into our Game of the Week.
Game of the Week.
Trashman v. Pistol
v.
Ok, sure this is not an exciting game of the week. Nonetheless this game matters. More importantly, it gets Pistol his lone game of the week. Why is this game important? Well we have a first round pick on the line. Pistol with a win could launch himself into a first round bye in the consolation bracket. That’s all these teams want, an extra pick. Trashman has Cordarrelle Patterson and Mark Andrews. End of list. Just kidding, he is getting back both Nick Chubb and Aaron Jones. Pistol is hoping he can pull off a little magic. Pistol is hoping Russell Gage continues his success. Pistol has Slayton, Sutton, and Pitts. He will need a big week from Murray. Trashman will be about a 20 point favorite. I think Pistol pulls it off.
Bottom Bunk v. Mush’s Mongrels
v.
Bottom Bunk is hot off a big win. He is on his longest winning streak of the season. Mush is most likely in. Bottom Bunk might get one more week out of Jamaal Williams and Alexander Mattison. Bottom Bunk needs Keelan Cole and Sanu to play. If they do not play he is going to need some waiver magic. He has a lot of byes and no flexibility with the taxi. Mush has Gibby, Javonte, Clyde, and can get back Hendy. Gallup is hot, OBJ is hot, Diontae is hot, and don’t forget about the four drops from Knox. Knox has to catch the ball this week right? Mush is going to be like a 30 point favorite, I think he gets it done. It is impossible for Bottom Bunk to upset a team in back to back weeks. I have never been more certain in a pick than I am in Mush over B.B. Take it to the bank.
Teach v. PeePaw
v.
Teach has a chance. If he wins and someone else loses, he might get in. Teach has Mixon, Hill, Moore, Jefferson, and Hockenson. PeePaw has Monty, Lamb, Jefferson, Adams, and Aiyuk. PeePaw has a chance at that first round consolation bye. The good news for PeePaw is that points for Rodgers should result in points for Adams. That is a good way to undercut the team. PeePaw has been having a lot of points, but he’s got no defense. I think PeePaw gets it done. PeePaw has good WRs. They just need to show up. I think PeePaw gets it done and he helps out an old friend get into the playoffs. PeePaw is a 6 point favorite, PeePaw gets it done.
Touchdown Guy v. Daddy Wombat
v.
Josh Allen is tall. TDG is looking to seal the 1 seed. He needs a solid week from Saquon, Jacobs, Melly, and James Conner. TDG also has Mike and Mike. Mike Williams could be a must start if Keenan Allen is out with covid, but now Mike Williams is out with Covid too. St. Brown is shut a sneaky play. George Kittle is an absolute monster. I mean Kittle is the best. Losing Thielen hurts, but Thielen should have this week and the bye week to get healthy for TDG. Daddy Wombat is all the way down. On the verge of being the last place team. D.W. has J-Rob, Jeudy, Claypool, D-Hop, Metcalf, and maybe Kamara. D.W.’s team looks good on paper, but Jeudy and Claypool need to go off, and it is not something that has really happened this year. TDG could use the win, he’s like a 20 point favorite, he gets it done.
CrossFit v. Batman
v.
CrossFit is a long shot for a bye, but it is not out of the picture. He just needs a lot of points and TDG or Bruce to choke. CrossFit has the electric Ekeler. CrossFit also has Amari Cooper Kupp, Lockett, and Kelce. CrossFit also has Crowder, who, could be a great playoff option with Corey Davis being done for the year. Batman has some possible issues. He may lose some A.J. Dillon juice, some Chuba juice, some Mitchell juice, these guys all have touches issues. I do like the sneaky play of MVS in this matter. I like DeVante Parker as a sneaky late season play. I think CrossFit takes it. The only good news is that Batman is set up for a little consolation bracket run. CrossFit is like a 35 point favorite, CrossFit wins.
JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons v. Bruce
v.
JonnyDIII is in a win to get in situation. JD3 needs this so bad. JD3 need Mahomes to need this. Guy has stunk. JD3 has Hunt off a bye, Diggs, McLaurin, Elijah Moore without Corey Davis, and Ja’Marr Chase. The biggest concern is if Keenan Allen can play. Bruce is likely guaranteed a bye. The best chance Bruce has for the #1 seed is a win. That helps obvi. Losing does not matter for him, in theory. Bruce has Zeke, Najee, Renfrow, Fournette, and Gronk. Bruce is looking to go from worst to first. This week does not define his season, two weeks from now does. Bruce probably ends up as a 3 point favorite. If you turn on the game of the week and get bored, this matchup, this matchup right here, it’s the talk of the town.
Now let’s dive into Dr. Tilt.
Again ***Please check your local, county, state, country, gaming, and other laws to see if gambling is allowed and available near you.
Dr. Tilt’s Week 14 Prescription
49ers +1 @ Bengals
Lions @ Broncos Under 42
Falcons +2.5 @ Panthers
Bonus Pick
Bears @ Packers Over 43
Dr. Tilt is 17-22 on the season.
Now for the final playoff picture, with a number signifying their power ranking.
Teams in: Touchdown Guy #1, Bruce #2, CrossFit #3.
We have 5 teams in the hunt. Mush #4, JD3 #5, Teach #6, Batman #7, Trashman #8.
Mush – 7-6 plays Bottom Bunk.
Options: Win and in. Let’s be real here Mush is in, he has a 114 point lead on Teach. The most realistic situation for Mush to get bumped is Mush loses. Then, JD3, Batman, and Teach win. Teach must score 115 more points than Mush in the Week 14 matchup. That is the best chance for Mush to be out. Mush is in, no way he’s not.
JonnyDIII – 7-6 plays Bruce.
Options: Win and in. Lose and then he needs any two to lose, Teach, Batman, and/or Trashman. Teach plays PeePaw, Trashman plays Pistol, and Batman plays CrossFit. Now if Teach wins and JD3 loses, Teach likely jumps JD3 due to points, Teach is up 83. If Batman wins and JD3 loses, Batman has the better record. If Trashman wins he would need to score like 250 more points. So it really comes down to Teach and Batman for JD3. Batman has the same record and Teach needs to win. What most likely happens is Batman loses to CrossFit. That puts JD3 in.
Teach – 6-7 plays PeePaw.
Options: Wait, is Teach being discussed before Batman? Yes. Teach is easier to describe. Teach must win and hope. Teach wins he needs either JD3 and Batman to lose. That happens, he probably is in due to points. That is it. That is all Teach has. He must win, then he needs either JD3 and Batman to lose.
Batman – 7-6 plays CrossFit.
Options: Win and get in. Lose and he needs Teach to lose. Trashman would need a miracle to get in. It realistically comes down to Batman and Teach. Batman must match what Teach does. Teach has a 128 point lead on Batman in points. Batman has to match.
Trashman: 6-7 plays Pistol.
Options: Trashman must win. If Trashman loses he’s done. Trashman’s best bet is that Teach loses and Batman loses. Then Trashman must outscore Batman by 202. Trashman is all but done.
That does it. A lot can happen. I think two things are certain, Mush is in and Trashman is out. Now we have to look at JD3, Batman, and Teach. These three are fighting for two spots. The team with the best matchup is Teach, but Batman and JD3 still have a shot. Something has to give and we are going to find out soon.
We are in for a great weekend of fantasy football. It is the greatest and most suspenseful weekend of the year. Best of luck in all your fantasy leagues and more importantly I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.
Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 13 Recap. Not really in a chipper mood right now. I don’t really want to talk about it. Girl troubles, fantasy loss, aging, dieting, coming up with gifts, I have a lot going on right now. Mainly, I want to avoid covering the last game but we have to get into it. We go through the high scroring game of the week, matchups, and is Dr. Tilt back? Let’s look at the game of the week.
Game of the Week.
PeePaw v. Mush’s Mongrels
v.
This was biggest playoff implications game this weekend and it did not disappoint (unless you are the team that lost). Points, points, and more points. The big guns showed out in this matchup. PeePaw needing a win to keep the dream alive. Justin Jefferson took over without Theilen and added 30 points, Monty ended with 24, and CeeDee Lamb had 19 points. Mush started Hendy. Big mistake, imagine starting a Rams RB that doesn’t play. If a Rams RB is the team’s RB1 that day, it is a must play. Mush got his points elsewhere, Diontae had 26, Javonte matched, Gibby added 19, and Gallup put up a dozen. Mush entered Monday Night’s game with an 11 point lead, Mush has Knox and PeePaw is all about that Bass and we’ve seen stranger things happen (what a forced reference) could Mush pull it off? Mush edges out PeePaw 159.75 to 147.97, and virtually locks in a playoff spot.
Bruce v. Teach
v.
Teach is sitting on the edge of the playoffs. He entered the week as the 6 seed. Would Teach pull it off or would Bruce do his best Johnny Appleseed impersonation and plant Teach into the ground (another forced reference this is fun for me). Bruce started out hot with 5 points from Zeke. Luckily Bruce has JT who put up 24, Fournette who added 18, and Najee who had a baker’s dozen. Bruce saw production from some pass catchers as well. Godwin has 22, Renfrow added 15, and Robert Gronkowki added 19 points. Teach had his work cut out for him. Teach put his playoff hopes on the line with Tyrod Taylor this weekend. Goff, Taysom, and even Andy Dalton destroyed Taylor’s 2 points. Pollard had 15, Tee Higgins added 24, Van Jefferson had 13, Hock had 13, and Jaylen Waddle, one of the two rookie WRs that has more points since Week 7 than Ja’Marr Chase, ended the day with 15 points. Bruce wins handedly due to the QB issues. Bruce 161.7 to 110.81.
Pistol v. CrossFit
v.
Pistol is done. CrossFit is looking at a potential bye. Pistol saw 16 from Gage and 10 from Hines. CrossFit needed points to hopefully beat out Bruce for that #2 seed. He will need one of the greatest performances in the PCDL (which he has done before Bruce so I’d be sweating next week, wait JD3 plays him next week, I a close personal friend am now conflicted, please pull your guys next week Bruce) to get into the mix. CrossFit did not get it done this week, big picture wise. Brady has 44 points, Freeman had 18, Ekeler had 15, Kupp had 22 and Lockett added 16. CrossFit wins 143.9 to 85.5.
Batman v. Daddy Wombat
v.
Batman is still in the hunt. He had 21 points from Deonte Harris the wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints. Elijah Mitchell added 16 points as well. It was an ok week across the board for Batman, but would it be enough to upend Daddy Wombat and their 5 game losing streak? No? I guess, phrasing suggests Batman did not upend their losing streak, he continued it. Daddy Wombat saw 10 points from DeAndre Hopkins. D.W.’s second leading scorer on the week was their kicker, Russ, Kicker, and D-Hop, the rest of the team stunk. Batman wins 107.85 to 98.89.
Trashman v. Touchdown Guy
v.
Trashman had 11 from Cordarrelle Patterson. Touchdown Guy just has to match Bruce next week and he has the #1 seed. James Conner had 18, Barkley had 10, Josh Jacobs had a solid performance with 19, the Mikes added 26, and where have you been all my life (out with injury) George Kittle piled on 34 points. TDG wins 140.93 to 72.3.
JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons v. Bottom Bunk
v.
JD3 has had some of PeePaw’s early season luck at the end of the year. Guys are just going off against him. JD3 had 20 from Keenan Allen, 15 from Miles Sanders, 14 from Pittman, and 12 points from Logan Thomas. Logan Thomas is likely to miss the remainder of the year. Bottom Bunk decided to score over 100 points this weekend. Dallas Goedert had 25 points, Mattison added 20, and some other guys just put up solid numbers. It would all come down to Monday Night. JD3 having Diggs and Singletary, B.B. having Kendrick Bourne and a 12.4 point lead. Diggs and Sing combined for 10 and Bourne got 0.3 in his revenge. B.B. wins 116.8 to 114.8. Official announcement, B.B. moves from #12 in the power rankings to #10, with Trashman and D.W. both being behind him. Where? Not important. B.B. got his win and is looking to keep momentum going into the consolation bracket.
I was able to catch up with Bottom Bunk. I asked him how he felt heading into the matchup this week. B.B. said “Joyful Demons the most overrated team out there, I knew I was going to win.” Quite the quote, quite the performance.
Now let’s dive into Dr. Tilt.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 13 Prescription
Ravens @ Steelers +4.5

Giants @ Dolphins -4.5

Chargers @ Bengals Over 50.5
BANG!
Dr. Tilt went 3-0 on the week and is 17-22 on the season.
What a weekend. Tomorrow we will look into the final week for fantasy football regular season for the Pot Cakes Dynasty League. We are fighting over two spots and some seeding. We will dive into all of that next week. I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow and that you sneak into the playoffs (like I’m hoping to do).
Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 13 Preview. We have two weeks left. We have 4 playoff spots left. We have 4 teams that are locked in or out. Let’s dive into who all those teams are. We first look at our Game of the Week, Dr. Tilt, and then a deep dive into the playoff picture.
Game of the Week.
PeePaw v. Mush’s Mongrels
v.
This is the juiciest matchup of the week. PeePaw lost Cook, but he has Monty. PeePaw needs Lamb, AB, and Aiyuk to be back back. Mush is looking to seal the deal, he is on the cusp of playoff birth. Mush needs Hendy to be healthy, Clyde needs to be back too. Mush is rocking both tight ends this week, that way he won’t miss the TE big week. Gibby had a big week and Diontae needs another solid week. This is really a must win for both teams. A win puts Mush in the driver’s seat. A win for PeePaw keeps his hopes alive. Mush is a 0.03 point favorite, I think PeePaw keeps it alive one more week.
Bruce v. Teach
v.
Bruce has his backs, Najee, Fournette, and JT. He needs some help from Godwin, Renfrow, and Bateman to get this win. Bruce does not need this. But Bruce could spoil Teach’s parade. Teach is needs a big week out of Mixon again. Mixon must be the lead back in this matchup. D.J. Moore, Tyreek Hill, and Waddle all must have big weeks. Teach is close to getting in. He is in 6th place right now. He has to play the second best team in the league. Bruce is a 14 point favorite, I think he gets it done because Teach is missing his QB.
Pistol v. CrossFit
v.
This one is over. Pistol has tanked. CrossFit is a 40 point favorite. CrossFit should have Murray back, add on Sutton, Gage, and Pitts. That’s all Pistol has. CrossFit lost CMC. CrossFit has Ekeler and Freeman. So he has some RBs. He also has Ertz and Kelce. Add those tight ends to Lockett and Kupp, it’s over. CrossFit wins this one.
Batman v. Daddy Wombat
v.
Batman is in need of a win. He is in 7th place. D.W. is out. D.W. has nothing left. Batman is likely missing D’Andre Swift. He has Gaskin and Mitchell. His best WR is DeVonta Smith. D.W. needs Kamara and James Rob. He has Metcalf, Jeudy, and Claypool. D.W. has not put it together, this has been a bad season. If I’m not mistaken D.W. was a pre-season bottom three team, that is where they are ending up. Batman is a 20 point favorite.
Trashman v. Touchdown Guy
v.
TDG is a 40 point fave. Trashman is going to have to do some careful maneuvering to avoid a taxi violation. Trashman has Cordarrelle, Kenny G, A-Rob, and Mark Andrews. TDG has the tall Josh Allen, James Conner, Josh Jacobs, Saquon, Melly, Thielen Evans, and Kittle. What a hot team. TDG is the #1 seed and looking to repeat. TDG wins with ease.
JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons v. Bottom Bunk
v.
JD3 has the recievers, Diggs, Mooney, Chase, Allen, McLaurin, Pittman, and Cooks. He cannot start them all. The RBs are bad. He has Sing and Sony. Sony may be a great start if Hendy is out. B.B. has absolutely nothing. There is no way JD3 loses as a 45 point favorite.
Now let’s look at Dr. Tilt.
Dr. Tilt Week 13 Picks.
Again ***Please check your local, county, state, country, gaming, and other laws to see if gambling is allowed and available near you.
Dr. Tilt’s Week 13 Prescription
Ravens @ Steelers +4.5
Giants @ Dolphins -4.5
Chargers @ Bengals Over 50.5
Dr. Tilt is 14-22 on the season.
Now for the Playoff Picture. The Playoff picture is also the reverse order of the Power Rankings.
Out of Playoffs.
Bottom Bunk – 2-10
Options: Bottom Bunk is out of the playoffs.
Daddy Wombat – 3-9
Options: Daddy Wombat is out of the playoffs.
Maybe Playoff Hopes.
Pistol – 5-7 – Plays CrossFit and Trashman
Options: Pistol must win one game. He would then need Mush/Teach/Batman/Trashman to lose out. PeePaw would also need to lose at least one game. Pistol must outscore these teams by the following, Mush by 292 points, Teach by 226 points, Batman by 102 points, Pistol has the points on Trashman, and PeePaw by 48 points.
Pistol can also win out and allow Mush/Teach/Batman/Trashman to win one game, PeePaw can then win out. If Pistol loses and any two of Mush/Teach/Batman/Trashman plus Trashman needs points win then it’s over for Pistol and/or if PeePaw wins out. Add the points to it as well.
PeePaw – 5-7 – Plays Mush and Teach
Options: Options: PeePaw must win one game. He would then need Mush/Teach/Batman/Trashman to lose out. Pistol would also need to lose at least one game. PeePaw must outscore these teams by the following, Mush by 245 points, Teach by 180 points, Batman by 55 points, Pistol has the points on Trashman, and PeePaw by 48 points.
PeePaw can also win out and allow Mush/Teach/Batman/Trashman to win one game, Pistol can then win out. If PeePaw loses and any two of Mush/Teach/Batman/Trashman plus Trashman needs points win then it’s over for PeePaw and/or if Pistol wins out. Add the points to it as well.
PeePaw is in a good spot. He plays Mush, if he wins he puts himself right in it. If he loses it , it’s going to be tough. Mush is someone that can lose out and open that spot for PeePaw. Mush would have to lose to B.B. and B.B. would lose to the free agents out there right now.
Trashman – 6-6 – Plays Touchdown Guy then Pistol
Options: Win out and outscore Teach and Batman, 291 points should do that. If Trashman wins out and Teach and Batman both lose a game, he’s in.
Win 1 and Lose 1. Batman and Teach would have to match, same points above. He could also lose out, would need PeePaw and Pistol to lose 1 as well. Would need Batman and Teach to also lose out, and Trashman would need the 291 points.
Batman – 6-6 – Plays Daddy Wombat then Pistol
Options: This is the same as Trashman, except he only needs 125 points to beat out Teach.
Currently in Playoffs:
Teach – 6-6 – Plays Bruce then PeePaw
Teach just has to match Batman and Trashman, but keep his point lead.
Options:
Mush – 6-6 – Plays PeePaw then Bottom Bunk
Options: Mush has everything going for him. The same as Teach, except he has more points.
JonnyDIII – 7-5 – Plays Bottom Bunk then Bruce
Options: Win and any two Mush/Trashman/Batman/Teach lose. Win out. Win and Lose, and Mush/Trashman/Batman/Teach win out. Trashman and Batman would need points to bump JD3.
If JD3 loses out then Pistol and PeePaw could win out but would also need points. If Pistol or PeePaw do that, then you only need two or three of the following. If they don’t win out then you need all four of the following. Mush/Trashman/Batman/Teach to win out. Or Mush/Trashman/Batman/Teach win one and Trashman and Batman would need the points.
CrossFit – 8-4 – Plays Pistol then Batman
Options: Same as JD3, except CrossFit has points on everyone.
In the Playoffs.
Bruce – 9-3 – Plays Teach then JonnyDIII
Options: In the playoffs.
Touchdown Guy – 9-3 – Plays Trashman then Daddy Wombat
Options: In the playoffs.
Well well well, that does it for this weeks preview. We have two weeks left. The final push. It is make it or break it time. I cannot stress enough how big of a week this is. Best of luck to you as you approach the playoffs. I will see you all next week. Until then, I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.
Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 12 Recap. This week was crucial for some teams to stay alive in the playoff hunt. Some teams locked in a playoff spot, while other(s) playoff hopes ended, and I mean ended bad. Let’s dive into the co-game of the weeks and look at the other matchups. We will then see if Dr. Tilt is all the way back? Here are the co-game of the weeks.
Batman v. Trashman
v.
What a game. Batman and Trashman went head to head in a matchup that had the potential to shake up the playoff picture. A win for Batman likely puts him in the playoffs if the season ended, and Trashman would drop out of the playoffs. For Batman there was not a lot to be thankful for as he lost D’Andre Swift early in the game. Double that with a poor Deonte Harris showing, he was a hurting unit leaving Thursday’s games. Trashman would not disappoint. Giving Cam Newton the nod over Carson Wentz singlehandedly cost him this matchup. In fact, starting Zack Moss (did not play) and Cam Newton over Aaron Jones (2 points) and Baker Mayfield (worst bench QB) cost Trashman. Big nights for Gaskin with 18, Mitchell with 25, and Jakobi Meyers with a dozen were enough to get Batman in the 6th spot. Batman wins 103.49 to 90.
Mush’s Mongrels v. Teach
v.
Some people have been tough on the schedule makers. If you had to look at only this game in Week 12, you would think it was perfection. An absolute barn burner that came down to the last game and had some early heartbreak mixed in. Mush is looking to give himself some room and Teach is looking to sneak in the backdoor. The playoff picture is hot. Mush watched his bench player Dawson Know put up 2 tuds on Thursday. His starter, Mike Gesicki put up one dud of a performance. The kicker put up 21 for Mush, Deebo added 20 (and is hurt), OBJ had 16, Diontae had 14, Hendy had 15, and it would all come down to Antonio Gibson needing roughly 30 points. No way he scores 20 and the Knox benching comes back to bite Mush right in the tush, right? Teach had Mixon mix it up for 30, Waddle had 24, Tee Higgins 20, Van Jefferson matched OBJ’s 16, Pollard and Hock each had 11, and D.J. Moore had 12. This all left Teach to roll in his TV to watch Monday night’s game unfold. Gibby had 20, and McKissic scored twice. This is a bummer for Mush. Teach wins a shootout, 183.71 to 175.3.
Bruce v. Bottom Bunk
v.
The season is already over for B.B. and now the season has just begun for Bruce. This win locks it in. Bruce saw 40 from Fournette, a kicker had 21, Renfrow also had 21, JT put up 17, and Zeke closed it out with 13 and an injury. B.B. had a good week in that he scored more than 100 points. This was due to J.D. McKissic robbing 2 tuds. Jamaal Williams and T.Y. Hilton combined for 20, and Kendrick Bourne matched that 20. Bruce wins 167.6 to 107.8.
Daddy Wombat v. CrossFit
v.
CrossFit did everything he could to keep D.W.’s playoff hopes alive. D.W. wanted nothing to do with it. D.W. saw 11 from James Rob and 10 from Cole Kmet. CrossFit had Ekeler with 18, Lockett with 11, Freiermuth with 12, and Kupp added 15. The QB matchup was bad as well. Hurts had 9 and Brady had 18. CrossFit continues to miss at QB. CrossFit wins 93.2 to 60.49.
Pistol v. Touchdown Guy
v.
This was perfect for both teams. Pistol wanting to miss the playoffs and Touchdown Guy wanting to lock in a playoff spot. Pistol had a combined 30 from Cobb and Gage. TDG had 20 from Thielen and 18 from Josh Jacobs. That is about it. Well, Pistol did scoop Cedric Wilson, who scored 15 points but did not start. Wilson would not have won the week for Pistol, but he might have for others that actually want to win. TDG wins 111.7 to 97.45.
PeePaw v. JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons
v.
Revenge is a dish best served cold. I don’t know if that is a saying, but JD3’s team was cold Sunday. JD3 was lead dog through half of Sunday. The problem was that PeePaw had a better tight end. Schultz went for 14 and Dan Arnold went for 1 and an injury. . PeePaw added 14 with Adams, 12 from Aiyuk, 11 a piece from Jefferson and Cook. Cook sustained an injury and will make PeePaw’s playoff push incredibly difficult. JD3 saw 17 from Diggs, 15 from Mooney, and 12 from Keenan Allen. Dominating run games from the Colts and Bengals halted any sort of game from Chase and Pittman. PeePaw, and his players, get their revenge 126.65 to 105.65.
Now let’s look at Dr. Tilt.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 12 Prescription.
Vikings +3 @ 49ers
Nope.
Bears @ Lions +3.5
Bang!
Chargers -2.5 @ Broncos
Nope.
Dr. Tilt is 14-22 on the season.
Well that does it for this week. I am absolutely exhausted from the holiday week. I need some good rest and some waiver wire luck. We will see you tomorrow with the Week 13 Preview, Tilt, and the playoff picture. Until then I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.
Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 12 Preview. We have a quick one. Why is it quick? Well we dive way to far into the playoff picture and not far enough. The power rankings are opposite of the playoff picture. I can’t do it all. I need help, my editor left me, my WIFE LEFT ME. In her defense we’ve never met. Anyways, we are going to dive into the game of the week and check out the matchups.
Co-Game of the Week, yes, we are doing co-game of the weeks.
Batman v. Trashman
v.
Batman and Trashman are in a tight one. The 6th spot is wide open. Trashman could really use this win here to keep the pressure off. Batman has Gaskin, Swift, A.J. Dillon, DeVonta Smith, MVS, Shenault, and Waller. Trashman has Cordarrelle, Chubb, Golladay, Landry, and Mark Andrews. Batman will likely be a 20-point favorite when this gets closer, so maybe Batman puts the pressure on.
Co-Game of the Week Number 2
Mush’s Mongrels v. Teach
v.
See game above, it’s just like that. Mush has RBs, Hendy and Gibby. He also has WRs with Deebo, OBJ, and Michael Gallup. Teach has Mixon and Pollard. Teach has D.J. Moore and Waddle. Mush is an 8 point favorite, I think he might get one here.
Bruce v. Bottom Bunk
v.
Bruce needs [SPOILER] a win to get in. Luckily for Bruce he plays the worst team in the history of the PCDL. Bruce has Zeke, JT, Fournette, and Najee. Bruce has Godwin, Renfrow, and Bateman. B.B. has nothing. B.B. is trying to score 100 points. Bruce is like a 63 point favorite. Bruce will double up B.B.
Daddy Wombat v. CrossFit
v.
D.W. needs wins. He faces the third best team in the PCDL. Will D.W. survive another week? D.W. has James Rob, D.K., and Claypool. CrossFit has a lot, like a lot. CrossFit has CMC, Ekeler, Lockett, Kupp, and either Brady or Dak. CrossFit is a 52 point favorite, he gets it done.
Pistol v. Touchdown Guy
v.
I do not really need to get into this one. Pistol has Kyle Pitts. Touchdown Guy has Barkley, Josh Jacobs, Kittle, Evans, and Thielen. TDG is going to win big time as a 42 point favorite.
PeePaw v. JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons
v.
This is a big revenge game. Herbert, Ty Johnson, Singletary, Sanders, Hunt, and Cooks, all look to get their revenge. PeePaw is healthy with Monty and Cook. JD3 has Diggs, Chase, and McLaurin. PeePaw is a 7 point favorite, this should be a great matchup.
Now let’s look at Dr. Tilt.
Dr. Tilt Week 12 Picks
Again ***Please check your local, county, state, country, gaming, and other laws to see if gambling is allowed and available near you.
Here’s the Week 12 prescription from the Doc:
Vikings +3 @ 49ers
Bears @ Lions +3.5
Chargers -2.5 @ Broncos
Dr. Tilt is 13-20 on the Season.
We will look at the power rankings in the reverse order:
Bottom Bunk
Daddy Wombat
PeePaw
Pistol
Batman
Teach
Trashman
Mush
JonnyDIII
CrossFit
Bruce
Touchdown Guy
We are diving into the Playoff Picture. We look at the scenarios on how to get in/out of the playoffs. We separate the teams into two categories, those who are OUT and those who are IN if the season ended today. Let’s take a look at who is out and if anyone is out out of the playoffs.
Out
Bottom Bunk – 2-9 – Bruce, JD3, Mush –
Options:
prepare for offseason.
B.B. is Officially Eliminated, 0% chance of playoffs.
Daddy Wombat – 3-8 – CrossFit, Batman, TDG –
Options:
Must Win out and Trashman must lose out plus 102 points,
102? If Trashman loses out, that means Pistol has 1 win, so Pistol must also go 1-2 with the 1 win being against Trashman
Batman beats Trashman if Trashman loses out, that means Batman cannot win a second game
Win out and Mush loses out plus 315 points.
Mush losing out means a win for Teach and PeePaw
If Teach wins 2 games, D.W. is out, so Teach has to beat Mush and lose to both Bruce and PeePaw
This means PeePaw has two wins, so PeePaw must lose to JD3 for D.W. to make playoffs
Eliminated if Mush/Trashman/PeePaw win this week. D.W. has a 5% chance of making playoffs.
PeePaw – 4-7 – JD3, Mush, Teach –
Options:
Win out and Trashman only wins 1
In this situation it is possible for Batman and Pistol to get a win against Trashman
Batman and Pistol may also win a second game, PeePaw has points on Pistol, but would need to outscore Batman by 80 points if they have the same record
Win out and Mush only wins 1 plus 197 points
Mush can beat either B.B. or Teach, if Mush beats Teach only then that means Teach has to beat Bruce for PeePaw to play for his playoff spot Week 14
If Mush beats B.B. only, Teach and PeePaw are playing in Week 14 for a potential playoff spot and PeePaw will need 123 points
Win 2 and Trashman loses out
Trashman losing out means a win for both Batman and Pistol, Batman and Pistol can only win 2 games tops, Pistol has less points than PeePaw, but PeePaw would need to outscore Batman by 80
Win 2 and Mush loses out plus 197 points
Mush losing out means Teach has one win, this sets up a Week 14 playoff spot between PeePaw and Teach
Win out and JD3 loses out plus 114 points
Win out and CrossFit loses out plus 126 points
This also means that Batman and Pistol have to beat Mush and CrossFit as their 2 wins, CrossFit is winning in points so PeePaw has to outscore CrossFit
PeePaw has a 10% chance of making playoffs.
Pistol – 5-6 – TDG, CrossFit, Trashman
Options:
Pistol wins 2 games
Mush and/or Trashman must lose two games, PLUS Batman, Teach must lose 1 game
Pistol has points on Trashman, Pistol would need to outscore Batman by 96 points, Pistol would need to outscore Teach by 131, and Pistol would need to outscore Mush by 214
PeePaw can win out in this situation, Pistol needs to outscore PeePaw by 17
CrossFit and/or JD3 lose out, Pistol needs to score 130 to beat JD3 and/or 265 for CrossFit
This means Trashman beats CrossFit, so Trashman may end up winning two games, so see above
This means Batman beats CrossFit, so Batman may end up winning two games, so see above
Pistol wins 1 game
If PeePaw wins 2, Pistol has to outscore PeePaw by 17 points
PeePaw has to beat Mush in this situation
If PeePaw loses to Teach then Mush can beat Teach
If PeePaw beats Teach then Teach must beat Mush
If Trashman beats Batman and loses out, that means Batman still could be in the hunt, Pistol in a tie between Trashman and Batman must outscore Batman by 96
Pistol has a 20% chance of making the playoffs.
Batman – 5-6 – Trashman, TDG, CrossFit
Options:
Batman wins out
That means he beats Trashman
Batman would just need to keep points on Trashman
Batman would need to outscore Teach by 51 if Teach also wins out
If Teach loses and Batman wins out he is in
Batman wins 2 games
Mush can win 1 game, Batman needs to outscore him by 119
Trashman can only win 1 game, Batman has the points
AND Teach can win 2, Batman just has to outscore Teach by 51
Batman wins 1 game
Mush and/or Trashman must lose out and Batman needs 119 points for Mush and already has Trashman in points
Teach can only win 1 and Batman needs 51 points
Batman has a 30% chance of making the playoffs.
Teach – 5-6 – Mush, Bruce, PeePaw
Options:
Teach wins out
He would still need Trashman and/or Mush to lose 1 game and would need to only outscore Mush by 75 points
Teach wins 2 games
Mush can only win 1
Teach needs to outscore Mush by 75
Trashman can only win 1
Teach is in
Teach wins 1 game
He beats Mush and Mush loses out, he needs 75 points
Teach wins 1 and Trashman loses out, he’s in
Teach has a 45% chance to win
In
Trashman – 6-5 – Batman, TDG, Pistol
Options:
Win out and Trashman is in
Win 2 and Trashman just needs Teach/Batman/Pistol to not win out
Win 1
Teach/Pistol/Batman can all win 2 games
Trashman needs to outscore Teach by 197 points
Trashman needs to outscore Pistol 58 points
Trashman needs to outscore Batman by 53 points
Lose out
Teach/Pistol/Batman can win 1 game
Trashman needs to outscore Teach by 197 points
Trashman needs to outscore Pistol 58 points
Trashman needs to outscore Batman by 53 points
PeePaw can win 2 games
Trashman needs to needs to outscore PeePaw by 75 points
Daddy Wombat can win out
Trashman has the points
Trashman has a 55% chance of making the playoffs
Mush – 6-5 – Teach, PeePaw, B.B.
Options:
Win out and Mush is in
Win 2
If a win is against Teach then
Batman and/or Pistol win out Mush has points on both
Trashman would also have to win out or outscore Mush to push him out
Trashman plays Batman, so if Trashman beats Batman than only Pistol and Trashman can push out Mush
Trashman loses to Batman, then all three Trashman, Batman, and Pistol are in play to push out Mush
Win 1
If JD3 loses out Mush has the advantage
If CrossFit loses out then he needs 51 points
Mush has points on Trashman so Trashman would need to win two to push Mush down and 270 points
Any of the above PLUS, OR any two of the following
Pistol/Teach/Batman need 2 wins
Teach would need 75 to bump Mush
Pistol would need 115 to bump Mush
Batman would need 119 to bump Mush
PeePaw could win out and would need 197 to bump Mush
Mush loses out
If JD3 loses 2 Mush has the advantage
If CrossFit loses 2 then he needs 51 points
Mush has points on Trashman so Trashman would need to win 1 to push Mush down plus 270 points
Any of the above PLUS, OR any two of the following
Pistol/Teach/Batman need 1 win
Teach would need 75 to bump Mush
Pistol would need 115 to bump Mush
Batman would need 119 to bump Mush
PeePaw could win 2 and would need 197 points
Daddy Wombat could win out plus 315 points
Mush has a 65% chance of making the playoffs.
JonnyDIII – 7-4 – PeePaw, B.B., Bruce
Options:
Win 2 and in
Win 1
Pistol/Teach/Batman any of them must win out
Pistol needs 131 points
Teach has points, JD3 would need 10 to get in
Batman needs 37 to get in
Lose out
Same as Win 1 but Pistol/Teach/Batman only need 2 wins
PeePaw must win out, but PeePaw plays Teach, Teach would have to win his non-PeePaw games
PeePaw needs 114 points
JD3 has a 75% chance of making the playoffs.
CrossFit – 7-4 – D.W., Pistol, Batman
Options:
Win 2 and in
Win 1
Same as JD3 except CrossFit plays Batman, so if the 1 win is against Batman then Batman obviously cannot take out CrossFit
Pistol/Teach/Batman any of them must win out
Pistol needs 270 points
Teach 125 points
Batman needs 169 points
Lose out
Same as Win 1 but Pistol/Teach/Batman only need 2 wins, and obvi Batman would have to beat CrossFit
PeePaw must win out, but PeePaw plays Teach, Teach would have to lose to PeePaw for both to have a chance
PeePaw needs 247 points
CrossFit has an 88% chance of making the playoffs.
Bruce – 8-3 – B.B.,Teach, JD3
Options:
· Pistol/Batman/Teach lose 1 game and Bruce is in
· Bruce loses out and any of the following teams win out
o Pistol must outscore by 251
o Batman must out score by 156
o Teach must outscore by 111
o This also requires Trashman/Mush/JD3/CrossFit to stay in the playoffs
Bruce has a 98% chance of making the playoffs.
Touchdown Guy – 8-3 – Pistol, Trashman, D.W.
· Pistol/Batman/Teach lose 1 game and TDG is in
· TDG loses out and any of the following teams win out
o Pistol must outscore by 382
o Batman must out score by 288
o Teach must outscore by 143
o This also requires Trashman/Mush/JD3/CrossFit to stay in the playoffs
Touchdown Guy has a 99% chance of making the playoffs.
Well that does it for this week. Hope you and yours have a better tomorrow and a Happy Thanksgiving. Good luck on your playoff hopes (playoff hopes in 2031 for Bottom Bunk).
Welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 11 Recap. With the upcoming holiday we are doing a rare Monday night drop followed with a Tuesday preview (maybe no promises). Buckle up because this is going to be a quick one. Let’s look at the game of the week, matchups, and Dr. Tilt.
Game of the Week
Daddy Wombat v. Trashman
v.
This was the perfect game of the week. Monday night mattered for both teams. It mattered for their matchup and for 100 point watch. D.W. loves starting players that are out. Last week it was D-Hop, this week it was Kamara. Technically, this cost D.W. 14 points. James Rob had 10, Claypool 12, and Rondale Moore had 13. Trashman started guys that played, they just matched or barely outpaced Kamara. Zack Moss had half a point, Kalif Raymond added 1.7, and Bryan Edwards put up the goose. Nick Chubb had 21, Juice added a dozen, and Marky Andrews scored 11. Daddy Wombat failed to hit 100 and failed to win. Trashman wins 94.79 to 88.83.
Bruce v. PeePaw
v.
This is every team’s nightmare. You get on a hot streak and lose to a dumpster fire of an org. OR you lose to a team that is getting healthy. Your call. Bruce saw the best performance in a fantasy loss in history. JT put up a 50 (52) burg. Najee also added 14 points due to a TD bailout. The issue was with Joey B and the Bengals total domination. Joe B matched Najee. PeePaw saw big weeks himself. J-Herbs put up 47, Justin Jefferson put up 33, Davante had 27, Dalvin 21, and Aiyuk had 18. PeePaw is the hottest team in the PCDL. He did this last year, but is he too late this year? We will find out. PeePaw wins 176.6 to 152.
Pistol v. Batman
v.
Pistol needed a loss in the worst way to help with his draft position. Batman beat the brakes off him. It was a rare week where Pistol had no breakouts, so no shootouts for his team. No one really stunk it up too bad, so I cannot really say anything bad. It is what Pistol wanted. Batman had a few big players. D’Andre Swift started it off with 21, MVS had a late big play to add 20, Gakin put up 17, Darren Waller finally had a good week with 15, and A.J. Dillon put up 12 points. Batman wins 158.29 to 100.4.
Teach v. Bottom Bunk
v.
Teach needed this week. Mixon gave him two dozen, Waddle had 17, Tyreek had 15, and D.J. Moore wanted a baker’s dozen. Bottom Bunk had 8 players score under 7 points, 6 were 5 points or less, 3 were under a point. Justin Tucker was the only non-QB to have double digit points. I have said this too many times this year about B.B.’s team. Teach wins 165.79 to 79.05.
CrossFit v. Touchdown Guy
v.
We needed Monday Night for this bye week playoff seeding matchup. CrossFit started Dak instead of Brady, Feiermuth instead of Ertz, and Robbie Anderson/Mike Davis/Cole Beasley instead of Jamison Crowder. Ekeler helped CrossFit with 38 and CMC put up 9 plus 10. Mix in Kelce’s 16, Lockett’s 13, and Ingram’s 12. CrossFit ended Sunday night with a 12 point lead. Touchdown Guy needed 12. He had Saquon and Mike Evans go Monday night. James Conner, Adam Thielen, and Mike Williams all added 18. Saquon and Evans got it done for 25.5 points. TDG wins 146.25 to 132.1. TDG is now in first place again.
Mush’s Mongrels v. JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons
v.
Mush Wins 106.21 to 101.9.
That is all I want to say. But Mush got it done from Deebo and Dionte with 16 and 19. Clyde is back and had 14 points. The rest did not matter. JD3 saw the second worst Mahomes performance. The other time Mahomes was bad he was taken out of the game. Not sure what this guy’s deal is but Mahomes, and Mahomes alone, cost JD3 this win.
Dr. Tilt Week 11 Picks.

Here’s the Week 11 prescription from the Doc
New Orleans (+2) @ Philadelphia Eagles
Nope.
Green Bay Packers (-2.5) @ Minnesota Vikings
Nope.
Baltimore Ravens (-4.5) @ Chicago Bears
Nope.
Dr. Tilt is not doing well.
Well that does it for this week. We will see you tomorrow (maybe) with a quick preview, Dr. Tilt (maybe), and Power Rankings. Until then I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.
Good morning everyone, we have the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 11 Preview. The regular season ends Week 14, so there is a total four games left to seal your fate. We are going to dive into the game of the week, matchups, Dr. Tilt, Power Rankings, and breakdown the playoff picture for each team. It’s going to get confusing, and that’s the best part. Here is our game of the week.
Game of the Week.
Daddy Wombat v. Trashman
v.
This is going to be a battle to 100 points. First team to 100 probably makes it. D.W. has a chance to take down the playoff hopeful Trashman. This is D.W.’s super bowl. D.W. is hoping to have Kamara back. He makes or breaks his team. Pairing that with James Rob, that is a sneaky 1-2 punch at RB. Now if we look to the WR department. D.W. is trying out Metcalf, D-Hop, and Rondale Moore. Tight end is going to be tough as Higbee is on bye. Trashman is looking to get a needed win. He is facing some issues with Aaron Jones injury and Cordarrelle Patterson. The good news is Nick Chubb should be back and even Kenny G. Trashman needs a big Mark Andrews. Trashman needs to win the TE matchup. That should help make up for some of his deficiencies. This matchup should be neck and neck come kickoff. I think the healthy big names of D.W. get it done.
Bruce v. PeePaw
v.
If we were doing a co-game of the week this would be it. Bruce is hot, PeePaw is rising, it’s a tale of two teams. I have never read that (a) book so I have no idea if that is a good reference or not. Bruce is so RB heavy, Najee, Zeke, JT, and Fournette. WR he is lacking, Godwin, Renfrow, and the Rookie Bateman. PeePaw is getting his big hitters back. Dalvin Cook and David Monty. WRs are big hitters too, Davante, CeeDee, and Justin Jefferson. It’s balance versus big names. Who gets it done? Right now Bruce is a 9 point favorite, but I think as it gets closer to kickoff My Name Jeffrey Wilson will project more points. So I expect it to be neck and neck and PeePaw gets it done.
Pistol v. Batman
v.
I have to mention that Pistol won last week and helped one of his draft picks. This week he wants to lose to help his own draft pick. Pistol does not have many big name guys. Let’s dive into the sleepers. Michael Carter, A.J. Brown, Pitts, and Kadarius Toney. Those are going to be the guys that need to get it done. Plus Pistol is always good for a no name to get points. That’s what he does. Batman, well he is scoring a lot of points lately. He is looking at sneaking into that last spot. Gaskin has been up and down all year. Swift is good and Elijah Mitchell has a hand injury. RBs need their hands. A.J. Dillon is going to be a top 5 RB this week. Now, WR wise, it’s the young gun DaVonta Smith and I hate the endzone Jakobi Meyers. Batman should be a 35 point favorite, I think he gets it done.
Teach v. Bottom Bunk
v.
Teach needs a get right game. Bottom Bunk it the worst team (statistically) in the league. No better time to get right. Teach is rocking Mixon, Stevenson, Tyreek, D.J. Moore, and T.J. H0ckens0n (I used zeros for the letter o because he did not score points last week). The good news for Teach is that even if half his team puts up a goose egg he still has a fair shot at winning the week. Bottom Bunk has Tua, Christian Kirk, and Justin Tucker as the only above 10 point projections. Teach is a 38 point favorite. See ya B.B. Teach takes it and still remains outside the playoff picture.
CrossFit v. Touchdown Guy
v.
A game that is crucial for the playoff picture. Insert “if there were a co-game of the week this would be it” line here. This should be a close one. CrossFit loses Cooper Kupp this week. CMC and Austin Ekeler are great RBs. He also needs help from Amari Cooper, Tyler Lockett, and Travis Kelce. The biggest question for CrossFit is does he trust Brady in a bounce back game? Or does he roll out Dak against the high scoring Chiefs. Oh boy, decisions, decisions. TDG finally gets back Saquon, Will Darrel Williams still be the bell cow for KC? Or will Clyde cut into his touches? Kittle, Adam Thielen, and Mike and Mike Evans and Williams need to get it done for TDG to get back on top. This matchup is pretty much for the second seed. CrossFit should be a 3 point favorite once it’s all said and done. This one is too close to call, but I think CMC is too much. CrossFit gets it done. ***TDG made a big time trade for Josh Jacobs, I think CMC is too much, TDG sent away a future first and second to…..
Mush’s Mongrels v. JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons
v.
This is one of the biggest games of Mush’s life. For JD3 it’s not that big of a deal. If it’s a battle of who wants it more, Mush will win it. If it’s based on talent, then I’m not so sure. The app really loves JD3 and Ja’Marr Chase for that matter. Chase is projected 17 points in a tough matchup. So maybe the projections are a little on the heavy side for JD3. Mush is starting rookie sensation Mac Jones, Gibby, Deebo, Diontae, and the revenge game for Michael Gallup. JD3 is hoping to get Kareem Hunt and Chris Carson back. Mix in Diggs, Allen, Cooks, McLaurin, and Cooks, daddy looking and daddy liking. JD3 is an 18 point favorite, and I cannot pick this one, but I’ll let the app do the talking.
***Mush sent away Josh Jacobs for a future first and second, the rebuild begins.
Now let’s look at Dr. Tilt.
Dr. Tilt Week 11 Picks.
Again ***Please check your local, county, state, country, gaming, and other laws to see if gambling is allowed and available near you.
Here’s the Week 11 prescription from the Doc
The Doc needs a coach’s pep talk, so we brought in Mike Tomlin to get us back on track: “It is a fine between drinking wine and squashing grapes, as we say in this business, and sometimes it is very subtle.” Thanks for your words coach.
New Orleans Saints (+2) @ Philadelphia Eagles Over the past 3 weeks, the Eagles have started to run the football more to many analysts’ delight (and the Doc’s Eagles pick last week). But the Eagles matchups in the past three weeks have provided them with a huge advantage in the trenches for them to effectively run the ball. This is a matchup bet with the Saints boasting the second best rush defense based on EPA per rush. Outside of the matchup, the Saints also fall into the short (under 7) road dog trend. Short road dogs are covering at a great rate. Expect the Saints to stop the Eagles run and Siemian to continue to look serviceable.
Green Bay Packers (-2.5) @ Minnesota Vikings The Packers are 9-1 against the spread this year. They have been a covering machine since the fluke of a game against the Saints. In a divisional matchup, the Doc loves getting the Packers at under a field goal. While the Doc is still waiting on our clinical trials to determine if surrounding yourself with plexiglass is a form of immunization; at this time, the Doc is more confident you can trust in Rodgers 500 pages of research on ivermection than you can in Kirk Cousins for four quarters. Baltimore Ravens (-4.5) @ Chicago Bears System play, the Doc’s models have this line power rated at Ravens -7.5 giving us a lot of value. The system you ask? Fade teams coming off a bye. With changes in the CBA, teams are not allowed to practice as much during a bye week. This rule change has caused many teams coming off a bye to look rusty. In recent days, the Doc has seen some major line movement, pushing the line through some key numbers all the way down to 4.5 where the Doc is more than happy to lay the points. From a matchup perspective, watch for Lamar to bounce back and carry this Ravens team.
Dr. Tilt is 12-19 on the Season.
Now for the Power Rankings
Bottom Bunk continues to fail to reach 100 points, and now is the worst team on the app, not just the power rankings. Bruce has a chance to separate himself here. In the perfect scenario for Bruce, he wins and CrossFit wins, that will give him a 1 game lead instead of just points.
Playoff Picture. Let’s look team by team.
Bruce – he has a 3 game lead over 7th place. A win this week all but seals it. His points are too much to overcome.
Touchdown Guy – Same thing as Bruce if he beats CrossFit, same thing as CrossFit if he loses to CrossFit but next week.
CrossFit – he gets a little closer. A win this week would likely put him over the edge. Only having a two game lead, the points are there. If he can get a win here it not only positions himself well, but down the road. CrossFit’s remaining matchups after this week are for non-playoff projected teams.
JonnyDIII – JD3 is in the same boat as CrossFit. Win here, the rest of the way is easy. Except for the final week. He goes up against Bruce. Two wins should do it, they may just come in weeks 12 and 13.
Mush – he finds himself in a dead heat. 3 teams are tied at 5-5. Each team could lose, or each team could win, who knows. Mush needs a win here to prove that he’s not just an average team.
Pistol – he will not make the playoffs. Pistol is going to do this perfectly. He is going to finish 7th and he’s going to win the toilet bowl. This will gain him an extra first.
Trashman – he is 51 points out of a playoff spot. He is going up against D.W. so this should give him a good shot at the victory.
Teach – 4-6 finds himself a game out of the playoffs and a mess of points. Next week will be a new story as he is guaranteed a win this week.
Batman – he is sneaking up on everyone, but at 4-6 there is a lot of work to be done. I find him in the same spot as Teach, this is a wait a week and see how things play out.
PeePaw – 3-7 and two games out, he needs help. He is getting his RBs back at the best time. It will be a photo finish to see if it all works out. He has three tough matchups ahead. It will not be easy, but if it happens this will be the greatest comeback in the history of comebacks.
Daddy Wombat – 3-7 as well, but it’s over for D.W. He doesn’t have any depth. Is it statistically impossible for D.W. to make the playoffs, no, but I’m saying it.
Bottom Bunk – 2-8 is not good. He is three games back. A loss this week and it’s officially over for him. B.B. has the chance to be the first team to be statistically eliminated from the playoffs.
Well that does it for the Week 9 Preview. We are getting closer to locking up some playoff spots and some playoff eliminations. We have a couple weeks left for trades and will likely run out of waiver moves, I mean people can’t keep getting injured right? Hopefully no one does and hopefully you and yours don’t. Until next time I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.
Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 10 Recap. It was a full moon weekend and the league felt it. Teams speaking things into existence like never seen before. I mean I’m talking predicting career firsts. It was something you had to see to believe, and I DID. You can live the moment secondhand as we dive into the game of the week, matchups, and Dr. Tilt. Now, for the absolute snoozer of a game of the week.
Game of the Week
Bottom Bunk v. PeePaw
v.
PeePaw wins a game of the week. CeeDee Lamb added 27, Dalvin put up 19, Justin Jefferson had 18, and Davante Adams had 11 points. B.B. had Kendrick Bourne score 22 and Tyler Conklin put up 14. A.P. was a big waste of money for Bottom Bunk, he added zero youth to his team and wasted all his free agent money on a guy that had 21 yards rushing and a -1 yard reception. B.B. needs to buckle up and wait free agency to hopefully capitalize on trading some picks for actual players. PeePaw wins 124.25 to 83.9.
Mush’s Mongrels v. Bruce
v.
Mush may have made the schedule, but he did not account. . . for this week. The scoreboard looked ugly for Mush, having to wait until Sunday Night and Monday Night to make their move. Having all his eggs in two baskets was bad. Gibby finally showed up adding 20, Deebo made a run at it with 27, but it was Geisicki’s goose egg paired with no other RB getting double digits that held Mush back. Bruce started off hot hot hot. JT, Zeke, Najee, and Fournette combined for 69. . . points. This made up for Matty Ice’s 2 points. Throw in sneaky plays of Renfrow (14), Bateman (11), and Double H (17), you got yourself a win. Bruce wins 139.35 to 106.05.
Daddy Wombat v. Pistol
v.
D.W. has had lineup issues all year. Pistol has had win/loss issues all year. D.W. started Hopkins who was out. Geo Bernad is always an issue only adding 2 points. The big score was James Rob who had a sweet 16, the rest (minus QB) were held under double digits. Pistol shot himself into the playoff conversation with a win. In a rebuild Pistol is better than a redraft. Michael Carter had 16, but surprise play Jamal Agnew put up an insane 20 point week. Pistol wins 101.74 to 86.76
Touchdown Guy v. Batman
v.
This game was by far the best game of the week. TDG needed some help on Monday night, he got that help early, and then watched it fall apart. TDG had a big week from James Conner with 13, and even bigger week from Darrel Williams with 25. He was down around 10 points Monday Night. Kittle got him 13.5 to give him the lead, but Batman woke up in the second half. Batman received big games from young guys. A.J. Dillon had 25 and DeVonta Smith put up 20 points. Then it came down to if Elijah Mitchell could keep up with Kittle. Due to Kittle scoring early and putting this game out of reach immediately, Mitchell got the ball in the second half a lot. The prediction of the year, Batman predicted Jakobi Meyers would catch his first TD. It happened, it also is exactly what Batman needed to get the club dub. Batman won 148.9 to 142.9.
CrossFit v. Trashman
v.
CrossFit has a QB issue. Brady had 21 in the start and Dak had 35 on the bench. Mike White also had 6. CMC is all the way back putting up 21 points. Ingram had 18 and Ekeler added 13. The Receivers got in the mix too, Kupp had 17 and Kelce (a tight end but you get it, he is a receiver cus of all the points, you get that right?) had 16. Trashman lost for three reasons. Aaron Jones went down with an injury, so did Cordarrelle Patterson, and Carson Wentz didn’t need to play QB as the Colts ran the ball all day. Bryan Edwards put up a sneaky 16, Kalif Raymond put up 12, but both exceeded expectations when the rest of the team was down. CrossFit wins 132.6 to 107.2.
Teach v. JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons
v.
Teach and JD3 jawed a lot this game. Teach had 38 points from Tony Pollard and Rhamondre Stevenson. JD3 is incredibly poor at RB. He needed some help. JD3 said “can you believe Singletary has only scored 1 TD this year” (paraphrasing) and then Singletary scores. DPJ was putting up zero points, then boom 2.1 points on a catch. JD3 mentioned a TE battle as both TEs had 0 points late in their games, BOOM Dan Arnold ends with 11 points. Teach went to detention as he watched the late heroics of Tyreek Hill and 24 points mean nothing. JD3 was the lead dog due to Patty Mahomes being Patty Mahomes. JD3 wins 165.76 to 120.86.
Now let’s look at Dr. Tilt.

Saints @ Titans -3

Rams -3.5 @ 49ers
Nope.
Eagles +3 @ Broncos
BANG!
Dr. Tilt is 1-2 Week 10 and 12-19 on the Season.
Well that does it for the 10 Recap. Tomorrow we will follow up on the Week 11 matchups, Dr. Tilt, Power Rankings, and a Playoff Picture. It’s about to get deep in here. We need it though. This is what it’s all about. We are so close to the playoffs. Who is going to make it and who is going through another heartbreaking season. We find out a little more tomorrow. Until then I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.
Good morning everyone, we have the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 10 Preview. We have 5 weeks left until playoffs. We have just under two weeks until the trade deadline. Now is the time to make the push. We will dive into our worst game of the week, the matchups, Dr. Tilt, and the power rankings. The Power Rankings are all over the place, we have a lot of movement. Let’s dive into it.
Game of the Week
Bottom Bunk v. PeePaw
v.
Every year a primetime game turns out to be a snooze fest. This is that week for everyone. We have the worst team going against the second worst team. This is a matchup for the ages. This will determine who the worst team in the PCDL is. B.B. has his own first round pick and PeePaw’s first. If there were a time to win a game to help control his draft picks, it is now for B.B. B.B. lost Edmonds last week. According to his projections, his highest scorer is his QB Teddy2Gloves and then Justin Tucker. Every positional player for B.B. is projected under 10 points. B.B. is projected to score under 100 points. This is not good. PeePaw is hot off a win. He told press earlier “do not put me in prime time games”. We are putting PeePaw in a prime time game to see if which curse is broken first. B.B. being bad or PeePaw being bad in prime time. PeePaw has Herbert, Cook, Adams, Aiyuk, Jefferson, and Lamb. PeePaw does not really have an RB 2 this week. Jeff Wilson is back, but who knows if the 49ers have a good week or just stink. PeePaw is about a 32 point favorite, but I think Bottom Bunk gets it done. This will count as a compliment to Bottom Bunk and may or may not be the only one he receives rest of season. With 5 weeks left and being 3 wins behind the final playoff spot, the loser is that much closer to 2022 mock draft season.
Mush’s Mongrels v. Bruce
v.
Mush had an easy schedule to start the year. Bruce has played a pretty tough schedule. Ignore the Points Against because it does not fit my narrative. Mush is going up against the hottest team in the PCDL. Stafford is coming off a terrible game, Hendy felt that pain too, Gibby has been injured all year, and Hardman should not be in the lineup. Mush needs Javonte and Josh Jacobs to be the bell cows. The teams are not doing what they should. Mush is due for a Deebo, Diontae, and Hollywood breakout week. If Mush does that, he has a chance. Bruce is able to put his team in cruise control. He knows touches will be there for Zeke, JT, and Najee out of the backfield. A favorable matchup coming off a bye week should see Fournette jump off the board this week. Hunter Renfrow is now a target machine for the Raiders and may be Bruce’s safest option in the WR room. It will all come down to Bruce’s RB consistency and if Mush’s WRs breakout. Bruce is a 12 point favorite, and I think his hot streak continues.
Daddy Wombat v. Pistol
v.
Daddy Wombat has a lot of roster concerns. The good is that they have Kamara, Claypool, Jeudy, and Metcalf. The bad news is their RB2 and their last two flex spots. If D-Hop and Robinson are back then this will be a ball game. If D.W. is still bit by the injury bug, then Pistol might get another unwanted win. Pistol is cocked and loaded with Murray, Michael Carter, Sutton, A.J. Brown, Pitts, and Russell Gage. None of that sounds pleasant, but D.W.’s depleted roster makes it look good. Fully healthy, I think D.W. is a 12 point favorite. Fully healthy D.W. wins, injured I think Pistol continues his weird random big weeks.
Touchdown Guy v. Batman
v.
We have a classic David and Goliath situation here. TDG is ranked #1 right now, Batman is ranked #9. TDG has the Tall Josh Allen who has to bounce back this week, Melly loves TDs, James Conner is an RB1?, Thielen, Evans, Julio, and Bob Woods. What a lineup. Batman has an ok lineup himself. Lamar, Gaskin, Elijah Mitchell, DeVonta Smith, and Darren Waller. The big difference is that you have a couple extra names with TDG. Those couple extra names are worth a 24 point favorite. TDG takes it.
CrossFit v. Trashman
v.
CrossFit has his swagger back. CMC is back. That is all he needs. Amari Cooper Kupp, Kelce, Ekeler, and Dak Prescott. I mean what a group of guys. Trashman lost Nick Chubb to Covid this week. He has Wentz in a favorable matchup, Aaron Jones, Zack Moss if he’s healthy, Cordarrelle, and Mark Andrews. Trashman also loses Allen Robinson after one of his best weeks on the year. Trashman is in a banged up week and will likely be a 30+ point dog. This one is all but over, CrossFit by a million.
Teach v. JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons
v.
Teach is on an all-time skid. JD3 is getting after it. Teach gets Rodgers back, he has the Philly’s RB1, Tyreek Hill, D.J. Moore, and Waddle baby Waddle baby Waddle. JD3 has the best lineup in the history of lineups. Mahomes, McLaurin, Pittman, Diggs, Keenan, and maybe even Chris Carson? What a lineup. The big concern is all of his RBs. This may be the first time JD3 will play 3 RBs. Those RBs would be Drake, Singletary, and Chris Carson. It is tough to find a better trio than that. JD3 is a 15 point favorite, we will see if he gets it done and keeps his playoff push alive.
Now let’s look at Dr. Tilt.
Dr. Tilt Week 10 Picks
Again ***Please check your local, county, state, country, gaming, and other laws to see if gambling is allowed and available near you.
Here’s the Week 10 prescription from the Doc
Saints @ Titans -3
Rams -3.5 @ 49ers
Eagles +3 @Broncos
That does it for Dr. Tilt.
Now we take a look at the Power Rankings.
We have a new #1, he’s the hottest team in the PCDL and can prove it again this week. The bottom four all scored under 100 points. Yikes. TDG unfortunately goes down 1 spot, just due to how how Bruce is. TDG is still the #1 seed, just the power rankings he has to drop one spot.
Well that does it for Week 10. We have 5 weeks left. It’s 3 games from last to last playoff spot. It’s 3 games from first to out of playoffs. If you are TDG and Bruce, three wins seals it. If you are Bottom Bunk and PeePaw, three wins ends it. Those are the only things certain. All the wins and loses changes the odds week to week. The only thing you can do is win your games. We will have a better playoff picture after this week, until then I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.
