Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 12 Preview

Good morning everyone, welcome to the Week 12 Pot Cakes Dynasty League Preview. I am on a time crunch, BUT that does not mean the preview is a lower quality. I have a HUGE announcement, but let’s lay out the ground work. We will look at the Week 12 matchups, Dr. Tilt, and then a quick summary. Without any further introduction here is the biggest news of the season. We have TWO GAMES OF THE WEEK.

Co-Game of the Week.

Teach is looking to keep a grade up on PeePaw.

v.

Teach needs this win to really help his playoff odds. Teach is a win to get in. Teach is trusting Rodgers, D.J. Moore, and Tyreek Hill. The problem is that Teach is relying on Tee Higgins. Tee Higgins is without a quarterback. Teach needs this win bad. PeePaw also needs this win. This win really puts him in a good spot. He still would need some help, but a win here at least keeps the hope alive. PeePaw is hopefully Brandon Aiyuk is off of the covid list. Things PeePaw does not need to be hopeful for, Davante Adams and A.J. Brown. Put those two guys in an IV and inject it directly into my veins. These two have been monsters. I expect that to stay the same. PeePaw is currently a 14 point favorite. I actually like PeePaw in this one, give me PeePaw.

Co-Game of the Week.

Pistol is down to his last shot against Bottom Bunk.

v.

Pistol needs a lot of things to fall his way. He can also help play spoiler. Bottom Bunk is hanging on to a thread for his playoff hopes. Pistol can help play spoiler by Kyler Murray going off. Pistol needs extra production of AB, Lazard, and Tonya. Travis Kelce needs to keep going off for Pistol as he is the big ticket for Pistol’s team. Bottom Bunk can no longer trade. He is playing Brown and Henderson, the Rams RBs. Dalvin Cook is B.B.’s sole offense.  B.B. has nothing else. This is a must have year. More importantly it’s a must have week. Pistol is a 4 point favorite, and I’ll take a shot on him this week.

Daddy Wombat battles Bruce.

v.

Daddy Wombat could lock up the 1 seed this weekend with some help. Bruce could lock up the #1 pick without any help. Daddy Wombat has Russ, Kamara, and D-Hop. Those three alone might beat Bruce. Throw in Claypool and Will Fuller and it is going to be a blowout. Bruce scooped up Frank Gore. The last place team scooped Frank Gore, for what? Anyways, Zeke is back and Fournette had a hot week. Bruce will need everyone to get hot. Daddy Wombat is a 22 point favorite and the obvious choice this week.

Batman takes on Touchdown Guy.

v.

Not sure what Batman is doing, but I am going to assume these are his actual starters. The only names a casual fan would recognize are Lamar Jackson, Sammy Watkins, Noah Fant, and obviously Harrison Butker. Currently, Juju, Waller, Bob Woods, Ronny Jones, and James Conner are benched. I hope things stay this way. Touchdown Guy has the very Tall Josh Allen, Derrick Henry should be heating up. Tim Patrick isn’t bad. The bad thing will be if Adam Thielen has or remains on the covid list, an absolute phenome this year. TDG is a 77 point favorite, even if it lowers to 15, I’m still taking TDG. TDG with a win will put a lot of pressure on Bottom Bunk.

Trashman combats CrossFit.

v.

Trashman’s team is trash. It is a bad run for him and will likely get worse hear. Aaron Jones and Nick Chubb are the bright spots on this team. Juice is bad, Higgins should not be rostered, Perriman, sheesh, and Kenny Golladay has contract issues. Trashman has been struggling to reach 100 points and it might happen again. CrossFit gets another good start from Mike Davis. Wayne Gallman has been hot over the last couple weeks. Cooper Kupp is getting double digit targets. I mean all these things are good for CrossFit. CrossFit is still waiting for guys to get healthy, a win here gets him closer to a healthy team and into a comfortable playoff spot. I think CrossFit takes the cake here, CrossFit is an 11 point favorite, I think CrossFit wins this one.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons makes his way on over to Mush’s Mongrels.

v.

JonnyDIII is in his rivalry week. Mush needs a win for his playoff hopes. JD3 has Patty Mahomes, Kenny Drake, and Mikey Pittman. Let’s not forget that Keenan Allen and Stephon Diggs are the dynamic duo everyone wants. This big concern is if Devin Singletary can get enough yards to be relevant. Mush is hoping his young RBs play well again. Clyde, Gibby, Josh Jacobs, and James Robinson are the group of players to keep Mush in the mix. Like any good running team, Mush is hoping for a low scoring game with good game management. However, JonnyDIII is a 4 point favorite. I do not pick this game, but I will sacrifice my pick order to get someone out of the playoffs.

Now we have some picks.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 12 Prescription

After the Doc’s first 0-3 week, he has been grinding away on some new prescriptions before the Thanksgiving weekend. Don’t lose faith, and he promises some winners for the holiday weekend.

Giants -5.5 @ Bengals

Joe Burrow is gone for the season after tearing his ACL and MCL last weekend. The Giants are starting to find their groove, at least for NFC East standards. And after Burrow went down last weekend the Bengals really struggled to move the ball. Look for the Giants to win going away.

Vikings -3.5 @ Carolina

The Doc knows what you’re thinking. And yes, he is picking against the Panthers in the Teddy Two Gloves revenge game. The Vikes are coming off a bad loss to the Cowboys. But McCarthy was smashing watermelons in their team meeting Saturday night. They never had a chance. This week they rebound, and show why they let Teddy walk.

Chargers @ Bills Over 52.5

In the battle of the really tall, look good in shorts, rocket armed, gun slinging QBs how can you not take the over. Justin Herbert and Josh Allen are going to be chucking the ball all over the place. Maybe even to the other team now and then. Hammer the over and watch these two dual it out.

This Week: 0-3

Season Record: 21-13-1

Let’s hope the Doc gets back on track.

Well that does it for this week. Enjoy your Thursday watching some football. Eat some food and stay safe. Next time I see you we will have some playoff projections that are all but certain. Win here, loss there, and it’s on or it’s over. Best of luck to those still in the running in any and all of your leagues. I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Let’s Go!

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 11 Recap

Good morning everyone, welcome to the Week 11 Pot Cakes Dynasty League Recap. We will have a little different format. We will look at the games, one good thing, one bad thing, one surprising thing (good or bad). Quick in and out. Dr. Tilt’s picks, the Playoff chances and scenarios for each team, and then finish with the Week 12 power rankings. Sound good? I hope so because playoffs are veins. Let’s look at the recaps

The Game of the Week.

PeePaw played Pistol.

v.

This was a big playoff game, and it did not disappoint. PeePaw loves Davante Adams, he had 20. Miles Sanders only put up 7.6, and is a letdown so far but hopefully is figuring it out. Surprising thing is that the rooks both went off CeeDee added 19 and Justin Jefferson added a sweet 16. Pistol had Travis Kelce put up a jumpman. Allen Lazard underperformed in his return game and should bounce back but it might be too late. Surprising thing for Pistol was the RB play, Hunt only had relevance from a TD and Hines lost his touches to Taylor, which makes sense but was not what had been happening. PeePaw wins 148.15 to 122.15.

Mush’s Mongrels marched on over to Daddy Wombat.

v.

This was one of the few tough games Mush and the Mongrels had on the schedule. Mush had a good 17 out of Diontae Johnson. Mush had a goose egg out of Hollywood Brown. The surprising thing was the lack of competence from Mush playing Kerryon Johnson over Cylde and Dobbins, a move that cost him the week. Daddy Wombat had a solid 25 total out of Mecalf and Claypool. Gurley only had 3 points. The Surprising thing is the lack of depth Daddy Wombat has, their bench is very bare and that may be an issue in the playoffs. Daddy Wombat’s starters are better than everyone else and wins 106.55 to 99.1

Trashman tookon Teach.

v.

Trashman is in full tank. Curtis Samuel went off again, proving to be the guy to play if CMC is not in the game. Jarvis Landry is bad at football and the Browns win, but they do it ugly. The surprising thing is that Trashman is limited in his options. He played Kenny G, but his only option would have been a longshot play at Cam Akers, scored 8.4 points. Tough week, tough year for Trashman. Teach had a big win. Tyreek Hill went off for 9 plus 10. Tee Higgins only had 4 points. The surprising thing is that Teach started Chris Carson, when everyone knew he was out. Teach won 129.65 to 104.7.

Touchdown Guy v. Bruce

v.

Touchdown Guy took on Bruce. TDG made the million dollar move by trading for Adam Thielen, he put up 28.3. Hurst hurt and put up a goose egg. The surprising thing was the move for Kirk Cousins that had himself a day, 34 points. Bruce is bad again. Zeke is back? He added 18 points. Matty Ice was ice cold putting up only 9.5 points. The surprising thing is the Willie Snead start, if you have to start Willie Snead, you are probably going to be in last place. TDG wins 162 to 118.8.

CrossFit is headed on over to Bottom Bunk.

v.

CrossFit and Bottom Bunk went at it this week. CrossFit had a night with Cooper Kupp. Rex Burkhead is hurt just like the rest of CrossFit’s RBs. The surprising thing is how bad CrossFit’s bench is. His entire bench put up 2.65 total points. Going into the playoffs that is not a good look the whole bench thing. Bottom Bunk made the move that is now outlawed. Taysom Hill put up 28.55 points. Darrell Henderson added 1.9 points to the mix and is a big old bust. The surprising thing is how good B.B.’s players are doing on other teams, is B.B. the Adam Gase of the league. The record says otherwise. B.B. wins 152.95 to 118.5.

Batman battled JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons.

v.

This was a battle for draft positioning. JD3 has both picks, so he wants the picks to be as early as possible. Batman had the big time Bob game, Bob woods added almost 25 points. Juju turned his ankle on a flag and turned in only 3.9 points. The surprising thing is Nelson Agholor, he put up 18. JonnyDIII’s guy Keenan Allen put up 26.5 points. The bad thing is the tight end room, Hooper had 4.8 points and Logan Thomas added 1.8 points. The surprising thing is JD3 playing Mahomes over Herbert, Herbert puts up 40 every time Mahomes plays the Raiders. JonnyDIII won 155.7 to 127.74.

Now we have some picks recap.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 11 Prescription

Chiefs -7 @ Raiders

Nope.

Falcons +5 @ Saints

Nope.

Dolphins -3 @ Denver

Nope.

This Week: 0-3

Season Record: 21-13-1

Dr. Tilt could not be reached for comment at this time. Dr. Tilt is researching and mixing up things to get you the exact prescription to cure his 0ferpickitis.

Now the Playoff Pictures.

Eliminated: Bruce, JonnyDIII, Batman, Trashman.

Playoff Bound: Daddy Wombat

Everyone else is up in the air.

#1 Daddy Wombat 9-2

D.W. has Bruce then Touchdown Guy. 1 win and he locks up the 1 seed. D.W. would have to lose twice and get outscored by a total of about 80 points to drop out of the 1 seed, CrossFit would have to win out and be +80. Daddy Wombat is a 97% lock for playoffs.

#2 CrossFit 7-4

CrossFit is a win to get in. CrossFit has Trashman then Pistol. I like his odds of beating Trashman and getting in. If CrossFit loses out he would have to be outscored by roughly 100 points, by Bottom Bunk, PeePaw and Touchdown Guy, B.B. would have to win 1, PeePaw win out, and TDG win out. Teach also would have to win, which means Week 12 TDG beats Batman, B.B. beats Pistol, PeePaw beats Teach, Mush beats JD3 and Trashman beats CrossFit. Then week 13, Mush beats Batman or loses but has points over CrossFit which is about a 200 point difference, TDG beats Daddy Wombat, PeePaw beats Trashman, Teach beats B.B. and Teach, B.B., TDG, and PeePaw all outscore CrossFit.A lot has to play out for that, CrossFit has an 80% chance of playoffs.

#3 Teach 7-4

Teach has PeePaw then Bottom Bunk. Teach can win to get in too. If Teach beats PeePaw he’s in. If Teach loses then wins, PeePaw and Touchdown Guy would have to win out, and Bottom Bunk would have to outscore Teach. Mush would also have to win out or win and outscore Teach, which is unlikely. If Teach loses out, meaning Bottom Bunk beats him and PeePaw beats him, PeePaw would either win out to get in, or win the one against Teach and outscore Teach to get in. TDG would then have to win out to force Teach out or win one and outscore Teach to get in. Mush would need to win one. This scenario would eliminate Teach. Teach has a 63% chance of playoffs.

#4 Bottom Bunk 7-4

Bottom Bunk wins out he’s in. B.B. has Pistol then Teach. B.B. is out if TDG or PeePaw go 2-0 and he goes 1-1, and the 1 loss is to Teach. If B.B. beats Teach he’s in, as PeePaw cannot catch him in wins if PeePaw loses to Teach, or if Teach loses to PeePaw, then Teach loses to Bottom Bunk, B.B. is +1. It gets interesting if B.B. loses to Teach in Week 13. B.B. could have lost Week 12 and still get in if PeePaw goes 1-1 and loses the the point advantage, TDG loses out, or Pistol loses week 13 to CrossFit, or Mush loses out. If B.B. wins, then loses, he needs Mush to go 1-1. If Mush goes 2-0 then B.B. just needs either TDG or PeePaw to lose 1. B.B. nightmare scenario is that he beats Pistol, loses to Teach, PeePaw goes 2-0, TDG goes 2-0, and Mush goes 2-0, as far as points go, B.B. would be out. I give B.B. a 50% chance of making the playoffs.

#5 Mush 7-4

Mush should be rooting for Teach this week as that will help his odds a lot. Mush needs to win out. Or Mush can go 1-1 but also would need Touchdown Guy or PeePaw to go 1-1. Mush moves up in rankings if he wins out, and Teach goes 1-1 or Bottom Bunk goes 1-1, or CrossFit goes 1-1. Mush would need, Teach to lose to PeePaw then beat Bottom Bunk. That would solve it for him, CrossFit would have to lose to Trashman or Pistol. Ideally Mush would win out and Pistol would too. That is bump for Mush. Mush also moves up if him and Teach win out. Mush’s worst case scenario is if he goes 1-1, and TDG wins 2, PeePaw wins 2 including 1 over Teach, Teach loses to PeePaw and Beats B.B., and B.B. beats Pistol and loses to Teach. That would kick Mush out despite winning one of two. Mush having such a low point total cannot feel good, at least until he looks at his schedule playing Team 10 and Team 11. Mush has a 45% chance of making the playoffs.

#6 Touchdown Guy 6-5

Touchdown Guy just has to keep pace wins and loses with PeePaw, he has the point advantage by 50. He also has to stay +1 on Pistol. If TDG goes +1 compared to Teach, Bottom Bunk, or Mush, he jumps them in ranking due to points as well. TDG has Batman this week which is a must win as beating Daddy Wombat to end the season will be very difficult. TDG is a 50 point underdog to CrossFit, so CrossFit would have to go -1 to TDG and put up little points. TDG wins out his playoff chances go up, he goes 1-1, then he needs help, 0-2, he needs a lot of help. I have TDG’s chance of making the playoffs at 38%.

#7 PeePaw 6-5

PeePaw is in a good spot because he is in the driver’s seat. He plays Teach, then Trashman. PeePaw is down 50 points to Touchdown Guy and is up 6 points but down a game to Bottom Bunk. PeePaw is in if TDG loses out, PeePaw loses out but scores more, pending Pistol losing 1 game. PeePaw is in if him and TDG go 1-1 but outscores TDG, or PeePaw wins one more than TDG over the next two games. PeePaw is in if he wins one and B.B. loses out. Same applies to Teach, but PeePaw needs to add 4 points. The head to head matchup this week, if PeePaw wins should check two of the boxes for him. If PeePaw win one more game than Mush, PeePaw is in Mush is out. Same applies to CrossFit but the point total is too much and least likely. I give PeePaw a 25% chance of making the playoffs.

#8 Pistol 5-6

Pistol has just a bit of hope remaining. Pistol has to beat Bottom Bunk and then CrossFit. Pistol’s best odds are for PeePaw and Touchdown Guy to lose out. Pistol wins 2, and PeePaw and TDG lose two each, he is in. Pistol is about 75 points behind TDG and 40 behind PeePaw. In the event that PeePaw or TDG go 1-1, he would have to outscore them. The next best scenario is that Pistol wins out and Mush loses out, Pistol having 70 point advantage. That means Mush loses to JonnyDIII and Batman. Pistol could also get in by TDG losing out, Teach losing out, and Pistol outscoring both, Teach has 40 points on Pistol. In that situation PeePaw is in as he beat Teach. Bottom Bunk is also a long shot for Pistol, assuming Pistol beats B.B., B.B. would then have to lose against Teach, this means Teach is in. Pistol would also have to outscore B.B. by 30. And either Mush loses out, PeePaw loses 1 (or more) and is outscored by Pistol, or TDG loses 1 (or more) and is outscored by Pistol. This is the same situation, but if CrossFit loses out, Pistol would have to outscore CrossFit by 150 points. And then he would need PeePaw, TDG, Mush, B.B. or Teach to collapse. Pistol has a 5% chance of making the playoffs.

Well, I hope I got that right, lot of moving parts and doing it all from my head. Let me know if I missed anything, I know I’ll hear about it in the group chat.

Now that that is out of the way, we have the Week 12 Power Rankings.

I’m breaking the rules. Trashman stays at the bottom. I need him to have some fire in his belly to win this week. Mush didn’t score 100 points, but this is the playoff picture, so we will keep this in mind for the 2021 power rankings. Daddy Wombat is untouchable. Two brains are better than one.

That does it for Week 11. I will see you tomorrow for the Week 12 Preview. Should be a quick preview with the holiday weekend, with that in mind I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Let’s Go!

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 11 Preview

Good morning everyone, welcome to the Week 11 Pot Cakes Dynasty League Preview. We have some big playoff hopes on the line, positioning of picks, playoff seeding, it’s a big week. With tensions so high, let’s just get right into the game of the week.

Game of the Week.

PeePaw plays Pistol.

v.

Yes, these are two middle of the road teams. Yes, this is an unusual game of the week. This game has been flexed to the game of the week due to playoff implications. We have 3 games to get into the playoffs. PeePaw and Pistol are tied with Touchdown Guy as far as records go, but the point total is what has TDG ahead of the Pees. One of the Ps will leave the pod and fall a game out of the playoff picture. TDG has to play Bruce, so this matchup really is about keeping on TDG’s tail. So let’s get to it. PeePaw is relying on his vet and rookie combos to get a win this week. Big Ben plays a bad Jaguars team, Ballage has a revenge game, Miles Sanders hopefully gets to score, CeeDee Lamb gets his QB back, Davante Adams is Davante Adams, and Justin Jefferson plays a bad Cowboys team. PeePaw needs guys like Brandin Cooks and A.J. Brown to put up numbers despite less favorable matchups. Pistol is hoping his upside guys provide exactly that, upside. Kareem Hunt is sharing time with Chubb, Nyheim Hines is the best runner for the Colts and goes against Green Bay, Lazard is back, can Joshua Kelley get more touches, and the Gronk AB combo needs the ball. The biggest question mark among Pistol’s guys is Mikey T, who throws him the ball, do the Saints just give it to Kamara without Brees? Pistol has a lot off boom or bust type scenarios on his team this week, PeePaw’s best players have the tougher matchups with his upside guys having easier ones. PeePaw is a 13 point favorite and I think he takes it this week, I think his matchups are better this week.

Mush’s Mongrels march on over to Daddy Wombat.

v.

Mush is in a comfortable spot, he has a two game lead. His points will cost him a playoff spot if he doesn’t keep his lead. Mush has QB uncertainty, young RBs who are up and down, and young WRs that are the same. Josh Jacobs is playing in a game where he went off last time, Gibby is an RB1, and Clyde is on the outside looking in at the RB1 spot. Reagor, Hollywood, and Diontae Johnson are all hoping for a score to be relevant plays. All of Mush’s WRs have plus matchups, so that is a good sign for him, but will it be enough. Daddy Wombat is the lead dog. Russ, Gurley, Kamara, Jeudy, Hop, Metcalf, Claypool, and Fuller. The biggest question mark is Gio Bernard in his lineup, if Mixon is back its over for Gio. That last spot for D.W. is going to be a problem for D.W. come playoffs. Daddy Wombat is a 30 point favorite, I expect them to double up Mush.

Trashman takes on Teach.

v.

We have the Ps playing now we have the Ts. Trashman has been bad. Like under 100 points when playing 11 guys bad. This matchup does not help him get back on track. Starting Alex Smith over Newton, Wentz, and Mayfield? Why four Qbs? Aaron Jones and Nick Chubb will have to make up a good portion of his points this week. Curtis Samuel could be the spark he needs but is a roller coaster of a play. Mark Andrews and Kenny G need to produce, they were high value picks and have been a letdown so far. Teach is coming off of a tough loss and looking to keep his playoff positioning. If Mixon and Carson are back then Teach is back as well. D.J. Moore has been heating up and can hopefully keep Teach in the mix. Tyreek had a solid game against Las Vegas last time and will likely do it again. ARodg has a tough matchup with Indy and is more a make or break game for the Packers Offense than Teach. Teach is a 25 point favorite, but will shrink to about 20 by kickoff when Trashman subs a guy for A-Rob, give me Teach by a Landslide.

Touchdown Guy takes on Bruce

v.

If you are in a tight playoff race, there is no better matchup to have than going up against Bruce. Touchdown Guy drew the lucky straw this week. TDG pulled off an extraordinary trade for this playoff push. Goodbye Darrell Henderson and Christian Kirk, hello Adam Thielen and a future Second. My goodness. TDG is going with the Kirk to Thielen combo with Tall Josh Allen on bye. Derrick Henry, Julio, Mike Evans, and Melvin Gordon should all have ok weeks. I like Julio taking on the Saints, I would think the Falcons should have the ball more with Brees out. Calvin Ridley, if back, is huge. Bruce is looking for production out of JT and Zeke, it has been missing. Chris Godwin has been injury riddled and not quite what he should be when he does play. D.J. Chark plays the Steelers, which if his QB has time is favorable for him, but I expect a lot of sacks. Bruce is playing Fournette, Ronny Jones is coming off of an electric game, I think Ronny gets the ball a lot. One good thing is Damien Harris is hot, and playing Houston, that’s Bruce’s big play. TDG is a 16 point favorite, I’ll take TDG (I want Bruce to win secretly).

CrossFit is heading on over to Bottom Bunk

v.

CrossFit has to play Mikey Davis. That was a good trade for him. Lockett is questionable, hopefully he plays in a Thursday night thriller. Amari Cooper Kupp should be better with Dalton back. Ebron is a good play this week. CrossFit’s rest of his team is nothing to brag about. Bottom Bunk is looking to play his guys Christian Kirk and Darrell Henderson. And Malcolm Brown? Both Rams RBs? B.B. is starting Thielen, wait, he’s got Christian Kirk. Christian Kirk the number . . . 2? WR? For the Cards. Well anyways, Fulgham needs to bounce back, and J.D. McKissic is going to have a big week. I will lock that one in, start of the week McKissic, he’s the guy for Smith. CrossFit is a 3 point favorite, I’ll take CrossFit.

Batman battles JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons

v.

This is actually a big game. This game is for positioning of draft picks. Batman currently in position for the third pick, but it belongs to JonnyDIII, JD3 also has the second pick as of now. JD3 needs to win to keep those two picks at 2 and 3. But it won’t be easy, Batman has Lamar taking on a bad Titans defense. James Conner takes on a bad Jags team but he needs to get touched. D’Andre Swift is hot. Ronny Jones is my favorite non-Demon. JuJu takes on the Jags too. Batman has some good matchups and will make this a tight game. JonnyDIII has Patty Mac back, Terry McLaurin is taking on the Bengals, Hooper is taking on Philly, and Logan Thomas is taking on Cincy too. The thing to watch is if Kenny Drake and Chase Edmonds can put up a combined 20-25 points. JonnyDIII is a 3 point favorite, it will be close and we will see how it goes.

Now we have some picks.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 11 Prescription

Chiefs -7 @ Raiders

The Chiefs are fresh off a bye and looking for revenge from earlier in the season. Look for Mahomes to have a big game Sunday night and get payback for their only loss suffered this season.

*Raiders have put their entire defense on the COVID list, according to Ian Rappoport, line may have moved since the time of this write-up, but grab it while you can*

Falcons +5 @ Saints

Since the firing of Dan Quinn the Falcons have won 3 of their 4 games and would be 4-0 if Todd Gurley stayed out of the end zone. Add in the QB situation for the Saints and you’ve got an underdog that might just win outright. The Doc likes the points in this one, expect a close game.

Dolphins -3 @ Denver

Miami is playing some of the best football in the NFL right now, lead by its ferocious defense. With Drew Lock dinged up, look for Miami to take control in this one and cruise to their sixth straight win, with hopes to tie the Bills for first place in the AFC East and Tua moving to 4-0 as a starter. Phins up baby.

This Week: 1-2

Season Record: 21-10-1

That does it for this week. Thursday night tune into some football as that should be a great game to kick things off. This week may end some managers playoff hopes. Actually, EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT. JonnyDIII and Bruce have officially been eliminated from the playoffs. PeePaw or Pistol will win and be out of reach for JD3 and Bruce. Well that is cool, hopefully things are better for you, and I will see everyone Tuesday for the recap. I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Let’s Go!

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 10 Recap

Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 10 Recap. What a week of matchups, SHEESH. We have our recap, look at Dr. Tilt, Playoff Picture, and then the Week 11 Power Rankings.

Let’s look at the game of the week.

Teach took on CrossFit.

v.

This was a good one until Sexy Rexy happened. Teach had a little lead going into Sunday Night. Mark Ingram ended with 3.9 points. Rex Burkhead had 20. Otherwise the schedule makers go this one right. Teach having Rodgers going up against CrossFit’s Brady, edge CrossFit. D.J. Moore, Tee Higgins, Marvin Jones for Teach, and Wayne Gallman and Cole Beasley for CrossFit. It was a little bit of everything for these two, it was just the bigger performances going to CrossFit, that’s what did Teach in. CrossFit hitting twenty reps with multiple guys did it, CrossFit 144.95 to 126.5, and CrossFit is now a little more comfortable at the top.

Bruce loses to Mush’s Mongrels.

v.

Bruce just got over 100 points in this one. Mush beat up on the worst team in the league. Hunter Henry with 11, Damien Harris added 12, and Chris Godwin with 12. My goodness, Bruce is bad. No bench points either, just a terrible week. Damien Harris just got him over the 100 points and loos to be a good runner and maybe the RB for the Pats going forward. Mush’s team was TD dependent this week. You take away those 9 tds and he still wins. Chalk this win up to another easy schedule. Mush 161.8 to 100.45.

Daddy Wombat beat Batman.

v.

This one came down to the wire. Russ was bad, Gio underperformed, and Metcalf was locked up. D-Hop, Claypool, and Kamara were absolute monsters. Daddy Wombat benefited the most from Harrison Butker having a bye week, the kicker almost got the win for Batman but he came up just short. Lamar finally had a good game, James Conner did not, D’Andre Swift was unreal, Ronny Jones and Juju went off as well. With everyone having big weeks it really came down to the kickers and the 8 point difference was enough for Daddy Wombat to win the week. Daddy Wombat beat Batman 137.8 to 132.83.

Bottom Bunk takes on PeePaw.

v.

None of us were on the Titanic, but Bottom Bunk probably can relate the most. Adam Thielen and J.D. McKissic had solid weeks. Travis Fulgram did not. Mike Williams did not. Malcolm Brown, on his bench. The dirty thirty Keelan Cole (special teams points) on his bench. Tua and Teddy both outscoring Watson, on his bench. What a mess. PeePaw left some bench points as well, trying Goff over Big Ben, Ballage actually did well on the bench too. Miles, Davante, Aiyuk, Justin Jefferson, and Jakeem Grant all put up great weeks for PeePaw and that would take the cake. PeePaw won 123.1 to 106.95.

Pistol put on for Trashman.

v.

Pistol got a big win in a tight playoff race. Kareem Hunt still is relevant, Antonio Brown, and Darius Slayton did well. Gronk and Antonio Brown look to have good value. However, the start of the week Nyheim Hines put up 26 points and all but championship day has plus matchups. He could be the guy to put Pistol in the playoffs. Trashman set a league record for number of weeks in a season with under 100 points. It is a season record and league record. Nick Chubb put up 18, and that was really it for big weeks. Carson Wentz only put up 12 points. Just a bad week, and Trashman refuses to say hi so I’ll end there. Pistol won 133.65 to 97.06.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons are up against Touchdown Guy.

v.

JonnyDIII was lead dog for the majority of Week 10. Big Thursday night from Michael Pittman. Stefon Diggs, man oh man. Terry, Keenan, and Edmonds all put in a great effort. Touchdown Guy waited until the last minute to take the lead. JD3 had a 20ish point lead on Monday, TDG turned it into a 9 point win. Cordarrell Patterson added 17, Anthony Miller added 8, Money Mooney was not money for JD3, and that did it. TDG also had decent production from Mike Evans and a tall Josh Allen. TDG is making a big move to sure up a playoff spot, but we will check in on that tomorrow. TDG 133.2 to 124.81.

Now we have some power rankings.

Daddy Wombat is tough. CrossFit is back? Bottom Bunk bottomed out. Bruce still bad. JonnyDIII knows how to lose beautifully. PeePaw continues to make his push, lots of pressure on Touchdown Guy and that 6 seed is a tight race.

That does it for this week’s recap, I will see you tomorrow for the Week 11 Preview. BIG Trade to discuss tomorrow, until then I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 10 Preview

Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 10 Preview. An electric time of year with all trades firing off, I just hope I didn’t miss any. We will look at our games, Dr. Tilt, and then closing remarks. We only have four weeks left, after this week if you are more than a game out, it’s not over, but it’s not good.

Let’s look at the game of the week.

Teach takes on CrossFit.

v.

The fight for a first round bye is on the line, well not actually but positioning is important. Teach is hot and CrossFit is not. Aaron Rodgers is good at football and fantasy this year, pair that with the Jaguars bad defense and its big numbers in both. Joe Mixon and Chris Carson, if back, are HUGE. The loss of Tyreek Hill may hurt Teach, and D.J. Moore facing the Bucs secondary might cause a low receiving core week for teach. T.J. Hockenson is good at football and will win the TE matchup. CrossFit made the trade for Mike Davis. With CMC’s injury up in the air, he locks in the primary Carolina RB and has a good starter once the decision is made on the injury. Cooper Kupp is going up agains the bad Seattle secondary and should put up good numbers. Everywhere else, the players are hit or miss, Brukhead, Gallman, A.P. and Pascal, not great. Teach is likely a 15 point favorite when he sets his lineup, I’ll take Teach.

Bruce marches on over to Mush’s Mongrels.

v.

Bruce sent Gesicki to Mush for O.J. Howard, a 3rd and a 4th, what a haul. Bruce is on a heater, a win this week could get him out of last place. The problem is his team. J.T. is losing snaps, Fournette is quiet, Godwin is broken, Chark is going up against a lock down corner, Boyd need Burrow to have time to pass, and Emmanuel Sanders has to compete with Kamara and Mikey T. Bruce needs everything to go his way. Mush is still putting up low point totals. His rookie RBs are up and down. Stafford is banged up. James Robinson is very good. Hollywood is not. Njoku now has to deal with Hooper coming back. Mush even, maybe, sources cannot confirm or deny, tried to trade his kicker, THE KICKER. Right now Mush is a 6 point favorite, I’ll take Bruce, he’s the hot hand.

Daddy Wombat goes up against Batman.

v.

This one should be short. The #1 takes on the #10. Daddy Wombat is good, I would know. I like Batman, overall Batman is cool. But Daddy Wombat is going to run through him. Russ, DK, Kamaray, Jeudy, D-Hop, Fuller, Claypool, I mean come on. D.W. smashed the rookie receivers in the draft. His RB 2 spot will be iffy as Joe Mixon is back so Geo Bernard is out, but Gurley is on bye, and he does not have a lot of options. That is the one knock on D.W. this week. Batman needs Lamar to put on a show. He has to gain some ground on the QB play to win this one. Bob Woods, Agholor, and Juju are great plays this weekend. Ronny Jones should get the ball a lot as Carolina is bad against the rush, but Tom needs to throw to his weapons. And that might be frustrating to watch. Batman is also without his kicker Harrison Butker this week. I do think his players use that as motivation, but it won’t be enough. Daddy Wombat is a 18-20 point favorite come kickoff and I think he wins.

Bottom Bunk takes on PeePaw.

v.

B.B. did not like the power rankings. PeePaw did. While some choose to be mad at the media for their votes on who ranks where, these two teams can settle it once and for all. Bottom Bunk can put all his eggs in one basket and hope Dalvin Cook scrabbles up the Chicago defense. That will not be an easy task. Adam Thielen will also have a rough day. If B.B. has “underproductive” days from Cook and/or Thielen, his goose might be cooked. J.D. McKissic has a good matchup against the Lions, and Mike Williams should get those Christian Kirk deep balls that hurt the Miami secondary last weekend. PeePaw and Batman made a big trade. Miles Sanders and a 4th to PeePaw, Myles Gaskin, 1st, and 2nd to Batman. Pretty good trade for all. PeePaw gets to use Sanders this week, PeePaw also is using Ballage, hoping to cash in on some PPR points. Davante Adams will likely have 2 TDs this weekend, so that will help. Jared Goff is the player to watch, he’s going up against the bad Seattle secondary, Goff will either be lights out or he won’t. That will determine the game. PeePaw is favored by 4, and I’ll go with that and the Power Rankings.

Pistol powers on over to Trashman.

v.

Pistol is popping off. Trashman is teetering. This is going to be a good one. Pistol is rocking a great QB in Kyler Murray. Hunt may see less production as Chubb may be back. David Montgomery is not great. Mikey T and Allen Lazard should add a good boost to Pistol’s offense. Gronk and Broadway Bob need to find the end zone, if you are starting two tight ends, one of them has to score. This is a big week for Pistol, a loss here could seal his fate as the odd man looking in at the playoffs. Trashman is trying to spoil Pistol’s playoff plans. Carson Wentz is finally coming around. Zack Moss is a touchdown monster. Aaron Jones, if back is my bet to be RB 1.A-Rob is hot too and has favorable matchups the rest of the way, problem is that he needs a QB to throw him the ball. Can Curty Sam catch fire again this week? I hope so, Trashman had some bad weeks. Trashman is a 4 point favorite and I’m going with Trashman.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons are up against Touchdown Guy.

v.

JonnyDIII has taken a lot of unnecessary heat. For 16 rounds people let QB Justin Herbs fall in the draft, and JD3 scooped him. And now there is a QB controversy, because JD3 has two too good of QBs. Allegedly, if JD3 started Mahomes last week he would have upset the #1 seed Daddy Wombat. I think Daddy Wombat played it right, and the injury bug bit JD3 late in the second round of Sunday’s games. Whatever, JD3 has to play Herbs and Keenan Allen this weekend as Patty Mac is on bye. JD3 has the best QB/WR duo in the league. Touchdown Guy does not care about any of that. Josh Allen is tall. Derrick Henry is about to go on a big run. Mike Evans is not facing his kryptonite so he should bounce back this week. TDG also boasts the kicker who has not missed this year, and that is something to hang your hat on. TDG has some pretty big byes this week with the Falcons being on bye, he’s a 7 point dog, I cannot pick but TDG should be in a good spot.

Now we have some picks.

Some words from Dr. Tilt.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 10 Prescription

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Green Bay Packers O50.5

Jake Luton spoiled a 3-0 record last week with his incredible goal line spin move against the Texans in the final moments of the game.  It was reminiscent of Scott Tolzien playing for the Green Bay Packers against Viking back in 2013.  Tolzien’s spin move was so impressive it even spawned the Doc’s fantasy football team name to be Tornado Tolzien the following year.  But now we’re just off topic.  What have we learned so far?  The Packers will score a lot of points.  The Packers will giveth a lot of points too.  The Jaguars boast the 32nd ranked defense according to DVOA while the Packers are 21st.  The Jaguars are 31st in YAC given up per completion with the Packers just behind them at 30th.  31-20 gets you home but expect 40 from Green Bay.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers -4.5 @ Carolina Panthers

Dr. Tilt knows what you’re thinking… they just got killed by the Saints at home.   Some would argue that’s a game they had to have if they don’t want to be a Wild Card team.  Tough look for TB.  However, the doc has a theory.  If a team gets embarrassed on National TV they bounce back big the following week.  Don’t love the theory?  How about some stats, Tom Brady is 44-21 against the spread following a loss.  Expect a dialed in Buccaneers team this week.

Baltimore Ravens -7 @ New England Patriots

The doc gave you the worst defensive team in the first pick now you get the second worst.  The New England Patriots of Bill Belichck reign are the 31st ranked team by DVOA on defense.  They aren’t good on offense either at 23rd.  Lamar Jackson absolutely ran the Patriots off the field last year winning 37-20.  The Patriots had 5+ players opt-out of the season including their best linebackers.  No one can argue Bill’s genius but they don’t have the horses to stop this Ravens attack.  Expect a similar margin in 2020 as we say almost exactly a year ago.

Last Week: 2-1

Season Record: 20-8-1

Thanks Doc.

Well that does it for this week’s review. I will see you next week for the recap. Each week we are closer to the big dance, each week I’m further from it. Either way I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 9 Recap

Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 9 Recap. We have the trade deadline coming up, things should be interesting. Can Pistol get rid of Mike Davis? We will take a quick look at the games, then Dr. Tilt, Week 10 Power Rankings, and then our first Playoff Picture (which is why we have a quick look at the games).

The game of the week

Touchdown Guy takes on Mush’s Mongels.

v.

Mush has hit the tough part of his schedule. Who’s more back, Touchdown Guy or Joe Flacco? Touchdown Guy has Tall Josh Allen, just shy of a fiddy burg. Christian Kirk was a great find for TDG, and Kirk is finding his stride as the deep threat in the Cards offense. Julio is doing well. The rest of the team didn’t do a ton, but when you are going up against a bad team you can get away with that. Mush had James Robinson and Josh Jacobs, Gibby, Dionte Johnson, and Preston Williams. None of those guys went off. They all just got it done. That was the deal breaker. Average ain’t enough. TDG blows out Mush 141.95 to 103.85

Teach pulls up to Pistol.

v.

Teach took Pistol to school. A. Rodg put this game away on Thursday night. Tyreek Hill put up 28, and T.J. Hockenson put up a dozen. Teach really needs Mixon or Carson to come back. Come playoffs, Teach might be sneaky, he’s heating up at the right time. Pistol finally got Mikey T. back. Slow game for him, but I expect more down the road. David Montgomery is not having a good year. Oh, Kyler Murray, who refused to shake Tua’s hand after Murray failed to get the Cards in the end zone and settled for a field goal, is good at football. Antonio Brown only added four points. Tough week for Pistol, Teach wins 137.85 to 108.99.

Batman is bumped by Bruce.

v.

Lamar Jackson is possibly the worst pick of the first round. Outside of the QB 1 category, you have to wonder if Batman can ever bounce back from this bad pick. James Conner, who was a first and third, only added 3 points. Juju did well, 18 points, maybe Juju is putting enough tape together where a team is going to overspend for him, which is good long term for Batman. Bruce is bouncing back. Matty Ice put up 33, Danny Amendola added 14, Emmanuel Sanders added 11. But the guy who finally showed up, D.J. Chark, adding 24 points. Bruce no longer has the worst record in the league, he is tied for the worst record, Bruce wins 129.7 to 105.1.

Trashman took out Bottom Bunk.

v.

Trashman grabbed his lunch pale and went to work this last weekend. The only non-double digit scores were Mark Andrews with 4 points, and Matt Prater with 9. Mark Andrews has been a bit of a letdown this season. Trashman stuck by Cam Newton who put up a nice 30 spot, Curtis Samuel added 22, and Breshad Perriman added 24. Quite the week for a group you would not call super stars. Bottom Bunk fell this week. David Johnson was hurt early and only added a point. Bottom Bunk’s Kendrick Bourne was on the Covid list and likely cost him this week. Dalvin Cook, my goodness. He had a 38 point week. B.B. does not have much to offer on his team, but Dalvin Cook might be the best pick of the first round. Trashman wins 165.5 to 123.95.

CrossFit was crossed up by PeePaw.

v.

CMC is back, and is he though? CMC added 32 points but was dinged up in the game. With the trade deadline approaching I cannot emphasize enough that CrossFit should trade Pistol a pick for Mike Davis. Maybe they get creative, maybe CrossFit sends his Second and Fourth for Mike Davis and a Third. Something has to get done. Mike Davis for a Third is probably a good neutral point for both, but what do I know. Tom Brady had 6 points and cost CrossFit the game. PeePaw is going on a little run and is eyeing up the 6 seed. Drew Lock put up almost 39 points. Davante Adams added 28, and is the Dalvin Cook of receivers. A.J. Brown, Brandin Cooks, CeeDee Lamb, all had nice weeks. Le’Veon Bell had less than a point. I do not understand the Chiefs offense, other than it wins games, but KC RB managers are not happy. Will this be a long term Clyde issue? PeePaw wins 160.95 to 122.25.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons were whooped by Daddy Wombat.

v.

A lot of people are calling this the Hurt Herbert game. JonnyDIII is undefeated at projecting when his #2 QB will outscore the projection of his #1 QB. However, no one could predict Herbert needing to be looked at late in the game. While Herbert still over performed, he could have done more if not for an injury. Keenan Allen is very good at sports and loves his new role as a Joyful Demon. The Joyful Demons were in the top half of scoring this week. Daddy Wombat just got enough out of their guys to win. Big days from D.K. Metcalf and Jeudy both putting up 20 some points. Will Fuller just missed the mark and is going to get paid a lot of money in the off-season, enough money that a team would get a 3rd round compensatory pick if they would have traded for him and not signed him. Daddy Wombat stays on top, 144.6 to 133.8.

Now we recap some picks.

Some words from Dr. Tilt.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 9 Prescription

Houston Texans -7 @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Nope.

Seattle Seahawks @ Buffalo Bills O55

Yup.

Baltimore Ravens -2.5 @ Indianapolis Colts

Yup.

Week 9: 2-1 Season Total: 20-8-1

The Doc is back.

Let’s look at the Week 10 Power Rankings.

Bruce said he’s undefeated as the 12, my editors did not fact check this, but let’s see if it pans out. Daddy Wombat is that dude, Teach too. I like PeePaw as a sneaky team. Oh and Touchdown Guy is going to go on a run here, I can feel it. Mush and Bottom Bunk both lost despite their easy schedules, so they drop.

The Playoff picture, first an explanation. Six teams make the playoffs beginning Week 14. Each Conference Winner is guaranteed a playoff spot. The playoffs must include at least one team from each conference. The seeding is determined by record, then points for, then head to head, then best division record if in same division, then hardest schedule by record, then hardest schedule by points.. The top two overall records receive a Week 14 bye. From there the #3 seed plays the #6 and #4 v. #5. Then you have worst of the four v. first, and the other two. After that it’s the soup and the third place soup. For these six playoff teams, how they finish playoff wise is how their draft picks work. Champ has the 12th pick regardless of regular season record. The Consolation bracket includes the other six teams, the best record and second best record of those teams have a bye then the next four available play with the best record remaining versus the worst and then the other two. Consolation bracket matters only for consolation picks. The draft order for picks 1-6 are determined by worst record to best for teams not in the actual playoffs. There are 4 last round picks up for grabs, Pick 13, 26, 39, and 52. If you win the consolation bracket you get the 13th pick, second, 26th, third 39th pick, and fourth you get the 52nd pick. If you end up being one of those first round consolation byes you get an extra pick. If you are not you have to win to get in. That’s a lot right? Tie breakers are total points for, and then head to head record. If I got this right, credit to Commissioner Mush on helping me with any and all questions. If I got this wrong, less credit to Commissioner Mush on helping me with any and all questions. Mush has been a great second half Commissioner, his team not so much.

Week 10 Playoff Picture

First Round Byes: #1 Seed – Daddy Wombat; #2 Seed – CrossFit

First Round: #3 Seed – Teach v. #6 Seed – Touchdown Guy

         #4 Seed – Bottom Bunk v. #5 Seed – Mush

Consolation First Round Byes: #7 Seed – PeePaw; #8 Seed – Pistol

First Round Consolation: #9 Seed – Trashman v. #12 Seed – Bruce

                                         #10 Seed – Batman v. #11 Seed – JonnyDIII

PeePaw is on the outside looking in. Mush and Bottom Bunk had big loses this week, but have a two game lead, we have four weeks left. It is a nail biter. Also, a big game to keep an eye out for is the Week 13 matchup between Bruce and JonnyDIII, potential #1 pick game.

That should do it for this week, big things to come. We have some big playoff implication games coming up, but I will save that teaser for tomorrow. That does it for this week, I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Let’s Go!

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 9 Preview

Good morning everyone, welcome to the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 9 Preview. We are coming up on the trade deadline, playoff picture is shaping up, and Dr. Tilt is looking to get back on track. Let’s take a look at our Game of the Week.

Touchdown Guy takes on Mush’s Mongels.

v.

There is some tension behind this game. Touchdown Guy has put up the third most points, but has faced a difficult schedule. Mush the opposite. TDG has a hopefully Tall Josh Allen this weekend. Melly Gordon and Derrick Henry need to outduel the young backs Mush is putting forward in Clyde and Gibby. The big difference and key to the game of the week matchup is at the receiving core. TDG has Julio Jones, Keenan Allen, and waiver scoop Anthony Miller. Mush has Dionte Johnson, Preston Williams, and Henry Ruggs. Clear advantage TDG. Mush is hoping is missing a QB and with a playoff push on the rise he should be paying BIG for a young QB for his dynasty future, anyways Mush is liking his flex matchups. Josh Jacobs and James Robinson are more reliable options than TDG’s Christian Kirk and Hayden Hurst. It should be a fun matchup. We will see who wins this week of schedule luck, TDG is due for a break. TDG is an early 20 point favorite, so I will go with him.

Teach pulls up to Pistol.

v.

This one should be interesting as playoff positioning is on the line. A win by 13 points and Pistol will pass Teach. Teach is hoping Rodgers can beat up on the 49ers banged up defense. Bye weeks for Mixon, Higgins, and Green all hurt Teach’s chances this week. But, can DaVante Parker find the endzone again this weekend? Is Marvin Jones back? Is D.J. Moore back? Teach had some injury/Covid luck, and may get some big time points out of Tyler Ervin this Thursday. The big play comes down to T.J. Hockenson, a reliable tight end and needs to do well in his head to head matchup against Pistol’s Travis Kelce. Pistol is hoping Kyler Murray has some luck against the Phins surprisingly good defense. David Montgomery, can he get it done against the Titans run D? Sneaky play is Jamycal Hasty for the 49ers against the Packers bad defense. Will Michael Thomas play this week? That is Pistol’s big question. The Packers not trading for a WR means Pistol can still play Broadway Bob, and maybe gets some big time points out of that flex position. Pistol will likely be a 10 point favorite when kickoff comes around, I will stick to my guns and take him.

Batman takes on red hot Bruce.

v.

Batman is up late at night thinking about this matchup. Bruce is on his biggest winning streak of the year.  Batman could use a big week out of Lamar, he hasn’t seen much of that this year. James Conner and DeAndre Swift have favorable matchups, in fact everyone does. Juju, Shenault, Waller, and even Noah Fant all have great matchups. Ronny Jones is looking to get back on track and hopefully he can hang onto the football. Nelson Agholor is my sneaky player of the week, expect him to sneak into the double digits. Bruce’s guys are HOT. Matty Ice is taking on a bad? Maybe? Bad Broncos team. D.J. Chark is taking on the hopeless Texans. The question marks are Zeke and Danny Amendola. Zeke because he underperforms and Danny because he’s in a starting lineup. Jonathon Taylor is the big question, what are the Colts doing? Is JT their guy, are they saving him? We NEED answers. Right now Batman is a 5 point favorite, but I’m going to ride Bruce until he lets me down.

Trashman takes on Bottom Bunk.

v.

Trashman had a tough week. His roster has some guys on bye right now. Cam is going to be the starter this week, can he score some points? McKinnon, is he the right guy for the 49ers this week or is it Hasty? Can Zack Moss go off again? Kenny G and A-Rob are must starts, and I like their matchups this week. I think those two put up about 30 some points. Bottom Bunk is at the #2 spot, his highest power ranking yet. Deshaun Watson, David Johnson, and Darren Fells, B.B. is in on the Texans. Cook and Thielen take on the Lions, which should result in a sneaky shootout in the NFC North battle. A sneaky play for B.B. is Lindsay, if he keeps getting the passing work those half points add up quick. B.B. is without a key player this week, B.B. gave up a third for Kendrick Bourne and lost Josh Gordon for an illegal roster move last week, now Bourne is on the Covid-Reserve list and taxi eligible. Trashman is on 100 point watch and will likely be a 30 point dog come kickoff, I’ll take B.B. to stay with an easy schedule.

CrossFit heads on over to PeePaw.

v.

This is going to be a tight one. CrossFit needs a win. Tom Brady is good. AP needs touches. CMC is he back? Can Wayne Gallman cash in on another solid week? Can the Cowboys find a quarterback capable of passing the ball to Amari Cooper? CrossFit is also relying on Zach Pascal, I do not like those odds. PeePaw is gambling too. He is rocking Jordan Wilkins and Deejay Dallas in his starting RB spots. I mean, sheesh. Davante Adams should have 200 yards and 2 touchdowns on Thursday, lock that in. PeePaw also has the Cowboys QB issue as CeeDee Lamb’s production has gone down fast. Justin Jefferson against the Lions, should be a good play. I think this matchup underperforms and the teams fight to see 100 points. I see CrossFit is a 1 point favorite, I think his guys are steadier plays, give me CrossFit in this one.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons takes on #1 Daddy Wombat.

v.

JonnyDIII is coming off of a big win. He has a new RB and he put up decent points. Devin Singletary, is he finding his mark? Chase Edmonds is a must start this week and I am excited for it. Mike Evans needs to have some yards instead of just touchdowns. Diggs has a good matchup against the Seahawks. Terry McLaurin is a first time captain, expect him to put the team on his back this week. Money Mooney is open, he just needs the ball. Daddy Wombat is the top dog. Russ and Metcalf look to keep him there. Jerry Jeudy and Chase Claypool are young studs. Oh and then he can rely on Gurley and Kamara. Bad news for JD3, Daddy Wombat gets D-Hop back. Daddy Wombat is going to be about a 30 point favorite and projected about 160 points, I cannot pick this game, but it’s good for my draft.

Now we have some picks.

Again ***Please check your local, county, state, country, gaming, and other laws to see if gambling is allowed and available near you.

Some words from Dr. Tilt.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 9 Prescription

Houston Texans -7 @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Seattle Seahawks @ Buffalo Bills O55

Baltimore Ravens -2.5 @ Indianapolis Colts

Week 8: 1-2 Season Total: 18-7-1

The Doc kept it short this week, I am guessing he is tending to his own wounds after last week.

That does it for this week’s Preview. I would think maybe one or two BIG trades happen in the next week. CrossFit and Daddy Wombat are in positions to sweeten the pot for one last piece to get them to the championship. Teach and Mush might make a big move as well. Pistol even could pull the trigger on a trade if he’s serious about this season. If someone can get ahold of Trashman, maybe he would dump some assets. I will see you on Tuesday, until then I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 8 Recap

Good morning everyone, I hope this finds you well. We have the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 8 Recap, we look at how Dr. Tilt did, and the Week 9 Power Rankings. We have two weeks until the trade deadline, and 5 more weeks until the playoffs, things are getting tight. Let’s dive into the games.

“You are one pathetic loser.” – Lloyd Christmas

Daddy Wombat took it to Teach.

v.

Picture this. You are the headline main event, you are primetime must watch TV this week. And you don’t set your best lineup? You start a guy that’s been out? Teach put Joe Mixon in his starting 11. Unreal. Teach took a punch to the chest with Mixon on the bench, better yet Daddy Wombat played Mixon’s backup Gio Bernard who put up 21.3. Daddy Wombat continued to cook with Russ, putting up a Richard Petty. Kamara put up a 20 spot. Oh yah, this guy D.K. Metcalf, sheesh, 34 points. That’s the big time performances you want in a primetime game. D.W. is resting up his kicker this week, this could have been worse. Teach, he didn’t have it. Tyreek Hill put up a Jumpman, and Marvin Jones had a day with she’s only 17 on the week. Bad weeks of Latavius Murray, Mixon, and A.J. Green, put the nail in the coffin on this one. Daddy Wombat 166.95 to 120.55.

Mush’s Mongrels crumbles to Bottom Bunk.

v.

We have two teams that have faced the two easiest schedules. Mush has faced the tougher schedule and it showed over the weekend. What an embarrassment, this is who Mush is, a 100 point team. You need a 99, he’ll get you a 100, you need 103, he’ll get you 100. Dobbins, Jacobs, and Reagor all put up about 12 each. Mush is chasing Gallup’s shadow, benched him this week for Preston Williams, both had rookie QBs this week. Well Gallup had 9 and P-Will had 2. Bad management. Bottom Bunk is a violator. B.B. gets no compliments. Bottom Bunk wins, 152.5 to 100.6.

Bruce is on the board against Pistol.

v.

Is Bruce back? This was an upset week. Only one team with a better record won this week and the Power Rankings will show that. Bruce barely got one. It was a nail bitter. Bruce finally got the right QB with Burrow by two points. Zeke, JT, Humphries, Henry, and Gesicki, all bad. Boyd, Renfrow, and Damien Harris were enough. No one really did well, but it was enough. Pistol only had three guys in double digits, David Montgomery, Travis Kelce, and Will Lutz. No QB, Jimmy G put up 3 points. That sealed it. Real bad effort by these two teams, but Bruce wins 114.75 to 105.

Batman took on CrossFit.

v.

This was not a great game. Batman got his points from Bob Woods with 25 points. James Conner had a baker’s dozen. Juju and D. Harris just got into the double digits. Swift and Ronny Jones were let downs this week. I expect a bounce back for those guys. Nelson Agholor with the goose egg, I felt that in a couple other leagues. Fant was a risky play, but he fought hard for 8 points even with an injury. CrossFit is under 100. He did not finish his WOD. AP, Coleman, Amari Cooper, Cole Beasley all had under 3.5 points. That is not good. Wayne Gallman finally had his due, with a dozen. Cooper Kupp put up 16 points and Ebron even added a dozen. Tyler Lockett who had bailed CrossFit out of some tight games recently came down to earth, 5.3 points, this did CrossFit in. Batman won 110.4 to 98.35.

Touchdown Guy takes on PeePaw.

v.

This shook up to be a nice game. Touchdown Guy played a short Josh Allen. That was a big hurt to TDG. TDG had D-Train put up 17 and Keenan Allen joined him as well. Jared Cook had a night putting up 13. Big problem with Melly Gordon only adding 7 and Calvin Ridley left the game early and may be a long term out for TDG. Tough. PeePaw said he was going to heat up, and here he is. Davante Adams is a monster. He put up 27 points. Brandon Aiyuk put up 19, Gaskin put up 11, and A.J. Brown added 10 to the mix. Perine didn’t score, Bell (and Clyde) were hardly involved, and Justin Jefferson watch Dalvin Cook cook and only added 4 points. It was enough. PeePaw wins 120.9 to 114.8.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demon took out that trash against Trashman.

v.

JonnyDIII is a bad man. Patty Mac with 54. Corey Davis added 22, pick of the year? Money Moon added 15, Evans 14, and Diggs 12, all showed up. Finally. This team is bonding and ready to make a run in 2021. Jeremy McNichols even outdid his projection. DPJ only put up 1, and Tim Patrick was OUT? Did not matter. Trashman had Zack Moss put up 20, Curtis Samuel (play of the week) put up 19, A-Rob with 17. The big difference was Kenny-G with 0 and Carson Wentz only putting up 15. JonnyDIII wins 143.52 to 111.55, and I do not feel bad about it because Trashman has not said hi.

Now we have the recap of some picks.

Some words from Dr. Tilt.

Well, folks, it finally happened. The Doc prescribed his first losing week of the season, going 1-2. We had a good run, and the Doc promises to bounce back strong for week 9.

Rams -4 @ Miami

Jared Goff had a severe case of the turnovers this week and handed the Dolphins 14 points. Add in a punt return touchdown and the wheels fell off in the first half for the Rams in this one. Maybe the Rams 4th trip to the east coast finally caught up to this team. And even though Tua didn’t eclipse 100 passing yards in this one, the Dolphins won outright, 28-17.

Titans -5.5 @ Cincinnati

Maybe the Doc should be scared of Joey Covers after all. Joe Burrow and the Bengals jumped ahead early in this one, and never looked back. The Titans attempted to claw their way back into this one, but too little too late. Joey Covers and the Bengals drop the Titans, 31-20.

Pittsburgh +4 @ Baltimore

Division rivalries don’t get much better than Steelers, Ravens. In what turned out to be a bit of a sloppy game, Lamar Jackson’s turnover issues ended up costly. Baltimore outgained Pittsburgh by over 200 yards, and found a way to run all over the #1 run defense in the league. The Steelers were able to take advantage of their four takeaways. They beat the Ravens 28-24 to remain the NFL’s last unbeaten team. Thank goodness they didn’t fire Mike Tomlin after last season.

Week 8: 1-2 Season Total: 18-7-1

Thanks Doc.

We have a new leader, let’s look at the updated Power Rankings.

CrossFit only gets one, he didn’t reach 100 points he is last. Daddy Wombat is our new #1 and he has earned it. Bottom Bunk climbs way up the rankings, which will likely only lead to a big fall next week. Mush lost, so he drops, if you have an easy schedule you better win, he did not, so he drops. Those are the real big changes, Touchdown Guy still has the third highest point total, I like him going on a streak here.

What a week. Trade deadline is coming up and the Commissioner has not clarified that actual date. Bottom Bunk lost Josh Gordon due to his absent minded move of having an illegal taxi. There are rules and it took two managers to finally force action. I have no clue what the Commission does, but know it is not enough. That does it for Week 8, I will see you tomorrow for the Week 9 Preview. I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 8 Preview

Good morning everyone, I hope this finds you well. We have the Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 8 Preview, and Dr. Tilt’s weekly prescription. The playoff picture is starting to shape up and with the trade deadline approaching now is the time to make games count. Let’s see our game of the week.

Our big time, sold out crowd, game of the week.

Daddy Wombat takes on Teach.

v.

School is in session, Daddy Wombat and Teach are battling for the #2 spot in power rankings. You are probably thinking how many games of the week will Daddy Wombat have? Well since someone adjusted the schedule after the draft and gave D.W. these matchups, it’s out of my control. D.W. has Russ going up against the 49ers who seem to be turning things around. Gurley is going up against a bad Panthers defense but his other back Kamara faces a tough Bears D. With WRs D-Hop and Fuller on bye, does Daddy Wombat look to Denzel Mims as a flyer on the week? Who knows? One thing we do know is Chase Clay cool is the rule pool has to do better than last week. Teach is hoping Aaron Rodgers is a bad man and tears up the Vikings secondary for a second time this year. Good news for Teach is that Rodgers completing passes, even if it’s only to one person, counts as fantasy points. Teach’s RBs are on time out, Carson is questionable and Murray is going up against a tough defense. Teach will have to do his homework and see if Mixon is healthy to play this week. Teach gets to start this game off right with D.J. Moore taking on the Falcons, I expect a big night out of him and everyone involved in this matchup. When the lineups are officially set this matchup should range in the mid 130s, I like Daddy Wombat to pull it out having the healthy RBs being the difference.

Mush’s Mongrels march on over to Bottom Bunk.

v.

Mush has had a gravy train schedule so far, is Bottom Bunk peaking at the right time to hand Mush a well deserved loss? Clyde and Jacobs will set a nice floor for Mush, Dobbins with an injured Ingram could take over the reigns going forward if he has a great game. Michael Gallup has a favorable matchup, but will he be a favorable target for whoever is the QB in Dallas? Mush is also relying on David Njoku who may play his last game as a Brown this weekend. Bottom Bunk is still making moves. B.B. scooped Teddy2Gloves and is hoping for a Thursday night lead. The RB position is a huge question mark as his three starters are all backups, Lindsay, Mattison, and Jamaal Williams. George Kittle has a high projection of 17.79 points and if he hits, maybe the RB concerns aren’t so bad. B.B. is going to have to rely on his high priced guys to pull this one off. I think Mush pulls through even though he is a 7 point dog.

Bruce battles Pistol.

v.

This one will be short. Bruce should start his rookie in this game, Titans will run more on Bengals than Bengals will run on Titans. Zeke will face a stacked box and their line is shot. JT needs to make a move. Tyler Boyd might be a good play. Not looking good. Pistol should handle this one. Kareem the dream Hunt, and Mike Davis in his farewell tour, should do well. The WRs are big questions. Gage, Tre’Quan Smith, Darrius Slayton, my goodness these are bad. Bruce needs Pistol’s WRs to put up some eggs. Gronk, Tonyan, and Kelce are all hot TEs right now and Pistol needs them to perform to make up for this garbage WR core. Pistol is going to be roughly a 14 point favorite, and I think Pistol puts Bruce down this week.

Batman is taking on CrossFit.

v.

This is going to be a tight one folks. If Batman boasted a better record this would be a game of the week consideration. Batman needs Lamar to play well against division rival that is a great defense. Conner, Swift, and Freeman all face tough defenses. However, Ronny Jones goes against the Giants, I’ll take all the Ronny Jones I can get. Nelson Agholor is a guy I scooped off waivers in every season long league I’m in that I could, Agholor is sneaky hot right now, and he could be a steal for the rest of the season. Fant could fade come kickoff and is a tough play, but someone you almost have to start. CrossFit doesn’t have an RB really. But Brady, Beasly, Amari Cooper, Bob Anderson, and Tyler Locket are big time scorers and carry these banged up RBs to the top. This one will be tight, right now Batman is a 6 point favorite, and I think barely, Batman pulls of the win here just on RB play.

Touchdown Guy takes on PeePaw.

v.

Both teams coming off tough losses. Both teams looking to win. Will TDG miss Bell? Josh Allen is tall and going against a Patriots team that may give up. Derrick Henry against the Bengals, come on. Keenan Allen against the Broncos, it’s over. I like some of these matchups. The Falcons trio is going up against a hot Panthers team so the points may not come as easily there. PeePaw is hoping lighting strikes twice and Perine scores a touchdown again. The young WR core with A.J. Brown at Cincy, Lamb at Philly, and Aiyuk at Seattle. I mean these guys are going to look like superstars. Then Davante Adams will put up 30 points this week. I like TDG a lot, he’s the 9 point favorite, but I think the matchups for PeePaw are favorable, and the young WRs are going to dominate, so I’ll chance it with PeePaw this week.

JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demon is going against Trashman.

v.

JonnyDIII has been dreading this week for a long time. Week 8. Cardinal bye week, RB1 Kenyan Drake on bye. Now he’s hurt, but Chase Edmonds, on bye. Terry McLaurin, on bye. But, Devin Singletary provides a new outlook on JD3’s RBs. JonnyDIII has the most valuable backup in Jeremy McNichols, the problem is that he has no value today. Diggs and Evans, veins. Can DPJ keep it going? Mooney money this week? Probably not, this one is a 100 point watch from the start. Trashman is facing an uphill battle himself. A-Rob, Juice, they are both dinged up. Kenny G is going up against a good defense. Is Jerrick McKinnon the guy this week? Does Zack Moss take away a Singletary score? These are big time questions for the Trashman, but Curtis Samuel is a sneaky start for him this week. Trashman is favored by 10, but this is going to be an ugly game, but not as ugly as not saying hi back, Trashman please answer me.

Now we have some picks.

Some words from Dr. Tilt.

Dr. Tilt’s Week 8 Prescription

Tennessee Titans -5.5 @ Cincinnati Bengals

The doc isn’t scared of Joey Covers!  Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals are 5-0-1 against the spread this season.  Last week we said bet against the Jets until the cover.  Well, they covered.  The Bengals aren’t going to cover every week either so it’s time to fade them.  This streak would have been snapped last week if Cody Parkey wasn’t, you know, Cody Parkey on the PAT at the end of the game.  The public is betting this line down.  Opened at -6.5.  Run Derrick Run!  The doc says a top 12 DVOA team should beat a bottom 3 DVOA team on the road by at least a touchdown.

Pittsburgh Steelers +4 @ Baltimore Ravens

This should be a classic.  The fact that it is hiding in the 1:00pmEST time slot is criminal considering we all have to shake the Sunday Scaries while watching the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles puke all over themselves for a pathetic division lead in the NFC East.  Old School AFC North game is coming our way.  Strength vs Strength.  The Baltimore Ravens want to run the ball.  The Steelers have the #1 run defense.  Something has to give right?  In a battle like this take the points.  Steelers will try to make Lamar Jackson one-dimensional and historically that hasn’t worked well for the Ravens.  Don’t be surprised if the Ravens win, but Steelers cover.

Los Angeles Rams -4 @ Miami Dolphins

What kind of coach looks his rookie QB in the eyes and says “Hey, your first game of football back from a broken hip, in your first ever NFL start, gets to be against Aaron Donald.”  Rough go at it in the doc’s opinion.  Do we have a bit of a Miami letdown this week after Fizmagic was demoted?  He felt like he had the locker room.  Tua aside, the Rams need EVERY winnable game they have outside of their division if they want to have a shot at the NFC West crown or make the playoffs.  A loss to the Dolphins could find the Rams in last place.  A dialed in Rams team against a first time starter rookie QB, lay the points.

Thanks Doc.

I do not know if this was mentioned, but Pistol dropped a hundo on AB. That is all there is to the big news of the week. The three-way trade was the big headline yesterday. Pay attention to trades in the real NFL and maybe that could shake things up for you, good or bad. It’s a nice little wrinkle for your bench guys or your vets.

That does it for this week. I will catch you on the flipside (great cracker) and greet you with the Week 8 Recap on Tuesday. I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Pot Cakes Dynasty League Week 7 Recap

Good morning everyone, I hope this finds you well. We have the Week 7 Recap, Dr. Tilt’s weekly prescription, more HOT NEWS, and that is followed with the Week 8 Power Rankings. Let’s review the week.

The Game of the Week, a lot on the line, the who’s who of top tier teams.

Pistol against Daddy Wombat.

v.

Pistol started one of the three 50 point QBs this weekend. Boston Scott came through with a solid week, so did Kareem the dream Hunt. Big ouch losing OBJ for the year and Mikey T is confusing all of us. Pistol had points, but not enough. Daddy Wombat has Russ in the kitchen wrist twistin’ like a stir fry, absolutely chef boy are dee. Russ with 43, Gurley made a great fantasy play to get 21 points, D-Hop 19, Kamara 18, and even Zane Gonzalez beat out Will Lutz by 5. Daddy Wombat got it done, 146.8 to 130.5. Daddy Wombat stays at the top.

PeePaw against Mush’s Mongrels.

v.

PeePaw played it right, just wasn’t enough. This scoring total beats Mush a lot of other weeks. Perine with a score to get a dozen. Aiyuk 14.5, A.J. Brown with 24. And we have a fully healthy Davante Adams who will now maybe lose some targets to Seth Roberts, with 38.1 points. Sheesh. Do defenses not understand that he is the only guy to guard? Mush had his guys do just enough. James Robinson put up almost 30, Diontae Johnson with 24.5, Gibby with 18.8, and Clyde added 12.8. Gallup put up 0 points. These teams had a lot of highs and lows, Mush’s Mongrels mush by PeePaw 149.9 to 133.34.

Bottom Bunk takes on Bruce.

v.

This game was tough to watch. Bottom Bunk has traded for J.D. McKissic, Mike Williams, Keelan Cole, and Kendrick Bourne. Those four combined for 8.7 points. Jamaal Williams was the great start getting 19.4, David Johnson adding 14.4 helped nudge B.B. by Bruce. Bruce, the draft day drama is still looming. Bruce is seeing it firsthand. QB play he gets it wrong because he does not have an A-1 Day 1 starter in Mahomes, and Zeke is failing under a weird Cowboys team. Tyler Boyd added 22.5 and Chris Godwin, who now has a broken finger, added 19.3. Joey B threw for 47 on the sidelines this week. Bottom Bunk bests Bruce 114.35 to 101.5.

Trashman takes on Batman.

v.

I screwed up and said tell Batman to say hi in the preview, he did. Someone tell Trashman to say hi, we miss him. Trashman is finding his groove with Carson Wentz who put up almost 38 points. Kenny G, Golden Tate, and Curtis Samuel put up 14, 10, and 14 to give Trashman a good base in this matchup. Batman’s pick of the draft Davonta Freeman didn’t score a full pint, and that is what really cost him. Ronny Jones added 10, D-Swift with 12.8, and James Conner a dozen point six. Juju found something and put up a baker’s dozen, and Waller got another point ending with 14. The QB play was the difference this week. Trashman beats Batman 131.4 to 120.

CrossFit has his way with Touchdown Guy.

v.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Touchdown Guy is third in points but “7th” in app rankings. It doesn’t look pretty, but CrossFit gets it done. Tom Brady put up a cool 51.85 to lead the league at QB. T.J. Yeldon was out, but it didn’t matter. CrossFit has Lockett who added a casual 45.86 points. Cole Beasley threw in 16 and some others added normal scores to boost CrossFit to a victory. Touchdown Guy has faced CrossFit twice, both times CrossFit put up 170, the scheduling change right after the draft causes a lot of speculation of why some teams look to have easier schedules. TDG added 10 points to his week 1 matchup, but it’s not enough. Ridley and Julio put up a combined 30, Christian Kirk added 19, Keenan Allen with 17.5, and D-Train put up 14. A solid week, but CrossFit beats Touchdown Guy 173.41 to 143.75

Teach took JonnyDIII’s Joyful Demons to school.

v.

Teach had a much needed bounce back week, and that was led by Aaron Rodgers with 40 and D.J. Moore with a Jumpman. Higgins, Hill, and Hockenson were his Generation X giving the Joyful Demons the suck it sign putting up 16, 14, and 14. The Chris Carson injury was the only bad thing about Teach this week. JonnyDIII has rented out a space in his head to multiple managers. Second guessing pulling the trigger on Herbert over Mahomes, he leaves a 50 burg on his bench. It wouldn’t matter, but it’s a cool thing to brag about. Chase Edmonds the now healthy starter for the Cards put up 18, Scary Terry matched, and Corey Davis added 12.5. JonnyDIII got passed the 100 point watch with Mooney, who for the love of a higher power can someone complete a deep ball to this guy. Teach wins 164.35 to 104.04.

Now we have some pick recaps.

Again ***Please check your local, county, state, country, gaming, and other laws to see if gambling is allowed and available near you.

Cleveland Browns -3 @ Cincinnati Bengals

PUSH, push it. Parkey missed PAT costs Dr. Tilt BIG.

Buffalo Bills -13.5 @ New York Jets (just keep betting against the Jets until they cover)

Miss, Jets finally covered.

Carolina Panthers +7.5 @ New Orleans Saints

Teddy2Gloves gets some love, this one was the big winner this week.

Dr. Tilt was on a great streak, a push on the week is still better than a loss.

Last Week: 1-1-1 Overall: 17-5-1

Hot off the presses we have our first three way, Touchdown Guy wanted to give up Le’Veon Bell for a Second, PeePaw and JonnyDIII were both interested. JonnyDIII has some picks, and needed an RB. PeePaw wanted to spice up his RB with a bigger name that will hopefully provide more upside and scoring potential. With Bell winning football games, I think he takes a team friendly deal with a big name next year. The three got together and made some moves. TDG sends Bell to PeePaw who sends Devin Singletary to JonnyDIII who sends a Second and Fifth to TDG. Big trade, a good trade for all involved.

Some drama before the power rankings, JonnyDIII wanted to drop Auden Tate, but the app, which cost multiple managers chances on big name free agents earlier in the year, wouldn’t let JonnyDIII drop Tate. So JonnyDIII selected Chris Thompson as the drop person being his only realistic option. Immediately reached out to PeePaw and TDG about it, they acknowledged it. JonnyDIII then reaches out to the one person who can control these things and that person says no. This same person has had the most favorable schedule, has the third least amount of points. App ranks him in first, doesn’t follow the taxi rules, makes up rules about having to start certain players and so on. JonnyDIII requests a reasoning, says he can’t explain why but refuses to correct it. Unreal. However, the 11 other managers seem to have agreed that this is something that the commissioner should handle, but are willing to allow JonnyDIII put in a $1 claim to pick up Thompson drop Tate on Thursday when Thompson’s waiver goes through. It’s good to know there are still good people out there.

Now the Power Rankings.

Teach rejoins CrossFit and Daddy Wombat back at the top, last week proving to be a fluke. Touchdown Guy gets a little love, but is going to need to prove it going forward. Bruce is back on the bottom, really in a league of his own.

That does it for this week, I will see you tomorrow for the Week 8 Preview. I hope you and yours have a better tomorrow.

Let’s Go!
